Due to the apparent absence of any dedicated UK SAS addons out there, I decided to have a go. This is my first attempt at addon making, so please bear with me! I would like to say a massive thank you to STALKERGB, benamania and ADO@GMC for their help, as without them I wouldn't have got to this stage. Cheers
So far I have made 7 units with bergens to form an 8 man SAS Desert Patrol which has been based on the 1991 Bravo Two Zero team.
- Leader - shemagh on head an neck + goggles on face - Assault - shemagh + goggles around neck - Heavy Gun - shemagh around neck + goggles on face - Medic - shemagh masking whole of head + goggles on face - Demolition - woollen hat + goggles on face - Radio - woollen hat + shemagh and goggles around neck - Recon - shemagh on head and neck + googles around neck
I've made use of the brilliant UKF_Weapons addon in order to use LAW 80 rocket launchers and the GMPG of "gympie" heavy machinegun which the team would have carried on their patrol. Please feel free to either publically or pm me any comments or suggestions. An ALPHA release should be ready in the next week or so...

Mr13 from the Hotshots team has post an interesting request on our Forums. He, as a speaker for his team, is asking for a way of giving a better protection to MHQ in Warefare :
Our 1st request to whoever is interested and can help us achieve that goal ,is MHQ protection bunker building which will be used to fortify MHQ in Warfare.
This building should be made with several options in mind:
1.building must have entrance to drive in and deploy mhq inside (garage) 2.building must be destroyable (each wall can take up to X damage before it breaks) 3.if certain part of building is destroyed, it makes hole in wall , leaving rest intact.
With this configuration, Commander in Warfare game could safely put building and secure mhq from sides and air and have "decent" protection compared to current setup in warfare.
We are thinking here, at Armed Assault.info, that this is a good idea and that launching a contest about it as suggested looks just fine.
So, the "A bunker for ArmA addon Contest" is launched in order to offer the community an opportunity to get an interesting set of addons usable in different kinds of missions, in a Modern Warfare as well as in a WW2 one.

Delta Hawk has sent us two WIP screenshot featuring a Police car and a Taxi. He asks also for some help about scripting in order to have these cars released as an addon.
Just a little sneak peak of my work so far. As you can see the Police Package for the P71 Police Interceptor fits nicely and the Taxi looks anything but redundant. I'm still looking for someone to make scripts for the side alley lights and some other stuff before it can be released. Release date will be in early January but unless I get someone to do these scripts before then, they'll probably never get release.
