ssviator has released an interesting and unique addon. it's a female soldier called Tania.
I was kind of disappointed that there were no female soldiers in ARMA so I made my own based on the legendary Red alert heroine Tanya.
Ingame description:
"Tanya is a freelancing Special Ops operator currently unbound to any contractor. In the Sahrani conflict she fought on the northern side as a military advisor, hired by Moscow using the conflict as a proxywar. Tanya has earlier participated in a number of conflicts some including the Balkans, Iraq, Afghanistan and Chechnya. She is specialized in guerrilla- and unconventional warfare were she prefers using her own equipment and uniform often giving her more precise concealment then standard issue camouflage."

Our Russian Section Admin MODUL has released version 2 of his static Anims Pack on our Forums.
Time has come to give ArmA community more freedom for creation of screenshots, screen-art's and, maybe, for missions and campaigns.
I present you MODUL Anims Pack v2, this pack contains 45 static animations (has hard exhaled).

Mustang60348 has continued working on his video tutorials showing how to get 3D Studio Max models into Oxygen² and Armed Assault.
New Video Tutorial. First in the series. Thes first one is preparing your model in 3ds Max for import into Oxygen and my second/third tutorial for the series of exporting from 3ds max to Armed Assault.

Karko has released version 1.7 of the Finnish Conscripts M/91 addon on the BI Forums.
v1.7 Changes:
- Fixed the addon to be compatible with latest RH AKs addon, version 1.09b
- Changed some gear for units, acogs for squad leaders etc.

Ghost. has directly sent us an updated and final version 2.04.03 of his nice Robotech Vf-1s Fighter!
Here are changes from the previous version:
- Slower ship (1800km/h instread of 2400km/h), but possiblity to reach 2200 km/h with booster.
- Better maniability.
- Taking off is shorter and also easier.
- Transforming into Gerwalk only (dozen of anims added). It is impossible to make a full transformation in Arma.
- New info lights added into the cockpit.
- New sounds.

Badger343rd has updated his a T-90 MBT addon on the BI Forums.
Changes in v2 :
- Added another smoker to the right side of the tank
- reconfigured the ERA to be more exact to the T-90A
- Changed emitters to red (Meaning covers are off)
- added more details to turrent to match T-90A configuration.
- Slight change to texture
Furthermore modEmMaik made a replacement pack for this addon.

agamoth released his US Marines (2003 style) on the BIS Forums.
I got the idea for these from watching Generation Kill and I thought we could use some units from the early iraq war.
they lack some accurate equipment but I'm having a hard time finding a good picture to work with but hopefully I'll find one and update them at some point.

stubblehopper has informed us about the latest developments concerning his WW2 Project. He also included 2 more screenshots showing his Opel Blitz and Tank Crew (using an OFP imported Tiger and Vilas's WW2 Weaponspack)
Been working on a few things lately, here's a screen of my Waffen SS Panzer Crew in peadot 44 uniforms and a shot of some Frontline Russian infantry.
There's an opel blitz truck ready for release and of course the Panzer crews.
However, the armour you see in the shots are straight OFP imports and I can't release them without the original author permissions, all I've done is modify the config.ccp files to get them in game with arma.
I've had some cracking ww2 games with them and upgraded the Tiger armour thickness and range.
The infantry you see in the shots are modifications of Vilas ww2 pack, and again I can't release them without his permission.
I have asked but he has asked me to wait until he upgrades the weapons, so theres a bit of a catch unfortunately.
The only things I could release right now are the panzer crews and the Opel Blitz, which arn't dependant on anyone else, so unfortunately folks until I get some release permissions you'll just have to wait!
