This addon adds a sandy haze to the horizon. Its purpose is to increase immersion and atmosphere in desert maps, which it hopefully does.
You can also easily create a sandstorm with this addOn by simply increasing the level of fog, as the fog colour has been replaced by this addOn.
Sadly, this addOn replaces the sky textures permanently, so you'll have sand even in non-desert maps and that doesn't look cool. But you can easily disable this addOn by using mod folders and a mod launcher, whenever you're not going to play on desert maps.
This addOn also removes the hills from the horizon.
Stormy skies are untouched, only the clear skies have been given a layer of sand.

Gonzahas informed us about the release of an updated VTS 3.5 beta5 mission creator on the BI Forums. VTS allow a Game master to create multiplayer cooperative missions in real time (players connected) with a lot of short cuts to make it quickly.

Mondkalb has released a Caterpillar D7 Series addon on the BI Forums. This little neat addon adds five (5) new Bulldozers to ArmA2. Three of them are the CAT D7H in different paintings and two of them are the CAT D7G Uparmored Version in two different paintings. The caterpillars are actually capable of moving large objects like wrecks, cars and non-static stuff. Additionally the bulldozer-blade can be raised and lowered for better working with stuff.
- The (Inf_Weapons_Dispersion) pack creates a new set of most of the hand held vanilla weapons in Arma2 and allows for the user to adjust the dispersion value of these weapons. (This is not a replacer) - It comes with a file an HPP file that goes into the userconfig folder, which is where the dispersion adjustments are made (instructions are located in the file). - There is an ammo box that comes up in your editor under empty/ammo- Modified disp weapons box and it includes every AD weapon (Adjustable Dispersion) I made as well as the required ammo for all the weapons. feel free to use it for testing purposes or whatever you would like to use it for. - The weapons should import any sound mod you have running for the vanilla weapons. I didn't come across any problems during my testing. - Weapons included: -All rifles (excludes Xm8) -All machine guns (hand held) -All sniper rifles
jojimbo from the Invasion 1944 Mod has released thrilling items showing their WIP on the BI Forums. I've been experimenting with a greatcoat for the Germans, doc rebus is gonna furnish me with some good refs so dont worry too much about the sucky textures,these guys will have the gloves and toque, mebbe white helmets with some paratroop variants as well.
