Robalo_AS has released an updated ASR AI addons v1.11 on the BI Forums. Components : sys_airearming : AI units equip with weapons and ammo on their own and sys_aiskill : AI skills and awareness improvements.

1.10 | 24 AUG 2011 New configs for sensitivity (how well a unit sees) and camouflage (how easily a unit is seen) based on unit type and clothing. Units are able to passively detect targets farther than before (about 400-600m depending on type and skill instead of about 300m). Added configs for AI shooting (engagement ranges, fire mode selection and rate of fire). Integrated my AI grenadier fix mod v1.3 (remove these addons if you have them: asr_cfgweapons_fix_grenadiers, asr_cfgweapons_fix_grenadiers_oa, asr_weaponreplacements). Increased default accuracy skills a bit (they're tuned for use with latest betas). Configured the recommended skill and precision defaults (open difficulty settings and hit default for them to be applied). Disabled smoke when ACE Wounding module is enabled (redundant feature since last ACE update). Added small delay (5-10 sec) before applying skills so we can set the "asr_ai_sys_aiskill_exclude" variable in advance (see v1.3 changelog notes). Pilots and crewmen will no longer arm themselves with rocket launchers. AI soldiers should not engage infantry with HEAT rockets. Bugfixed: rearming from backpacks working again. Bugfixed: was unable to re-enable rearming after disabling it during the mission.
SaS TrooP has released a Georgian Armed Forces Mod 1.0 addon on the BI Forums. Needed: Advanced Combat Environment (ACE, ACEX, ACEX_RU) and Extra units and vehicles (only for some missions!)
GAF Mod, as the name says in fact, as its main objective considers realistic recreation of miltiary forces of Georgia from time period 2008-2010. This is first stable release, mod is still being developed. For now there are regular land forces and vehicles, circa 200-250 units, so you HAVE content to play OPFOR is also included in form of South Ossetian militia, together with 3 coop or SP missions and one training mission, rather for new ACE players the mod is based on. In further development it is planned to release Georgian Army in Afghanistan and then Georgian Special Forces, however I will probably add Ossetian, too.

blakeace has released a Blake's Mirrors V0.1 Alpha addon/module on the BI Forums.
The ability to look backwards emulating the side mirrors of a vehicle. Being able to still control the vehicle while viewing backwards. NVG compatible, though you will get the over exposure effect each time you change view.
Fer has informed us about Folk Mission Pack #06 release.
To celebrate over a year of the Folk sessions, we're releasing more packs containing missions developed specially for Folk (64+ in the first year). If you and your community enjoy coop and adversarial missions crafted with care using the F2 mission development framework, and that require only vanilla Armed Assault: Combined Operations, these might be for you.
In this mission pack: SHILKAS OF NUR A mechanised BLUFOR group must find and destroy 3 Shilkas in northern Takistan, after that they have the option to attack an OPFOR held village. ZARGABADDIES A TK army squad and BMP2 must clear an area in the countryside to the south of Zargabad, destroying vehicles that the rebels stole from the army. Watch out for the platoon of angry T-34s!
CZECH MATE A squad of Czech paratroopers insert behind enemy lines to kill an enemy officer. Then they must assault a fortified line (from behind) to get back to friendly territory.
JUST DESERTS A motorised group of Czech Special Forces assault a base in the middle of the desert and destroy a bunker. A British AA team is nearby to assist in the assault and to engage any enemy air from Zargabad.
DONKEY SANCTUARY A less than serious mission where a pilot must land in an oilfield to rescue some western oil workers who are under attack from the locals (who are staging an uprising). Features unconventional landings and oil workers with guns.
STARY SOBER A USMC Force Recon fireteam locates an enemy Tunguska and helps a AH11 Wildcat destroy it, then they join a British infantry section and assault Stary Sobor with the helicopter providing support.
RURAL URAL (2 versions) A Russian infantry squad destroys 4 rebel ZU-23 Urals. You have Vodniks which are cool and big and fast. LE version has fewer objectives.
Norrin has released an updated MP-AI compatible fast rope addon v0.8 script on the BI Forums
Works almost identically to the previous version of the addon, however there's been massive changes under the hood (see below). Just one thing to remember is that the script that you need to call now in the init line of your chopper, waypoint or init.sqf is called: NORRN_fastRope_init.sqf ... Fixes/changes in v 0.8 1. Rewrote fast-rope system - fast-roping now uses animations built into the ropes rather than the attachTo method used previously - should hopefully reduce network traffic as the scripts no longer spam the attachTo command. 2. Replaced all setVehicleInits/processInits with publicVariable eventhandlers - should reduce network traffic and data download required when joining a mission in progress. 3. Precompiled functions have replaced some drawn out sequences of code and code repetitions - should speed up the processing of the scripts. 3. Removed all instances of waitUntil to reduce processor over-head. 4. Added geo lods and shadow lods to the rope models and additional rope models for the MH6. 5. Modified fast roping animations so that the units fit on the ropes better (still could do with some tweaking though). 6. Added additional chopper compatability ie. CH47, MH6J and UH60M_EP1 and removed MV22 (Please let me know what other vanilla choppers you want added). 7. Jettisoned ropes should now appear on the roofs of buildings.
blakeace has release a Blake's Carrier Ops v0.1 alpha addon/module on the BI forums.
Adds the ability to manouver aircraft around, to facilitate the ability to utilise the likes of the LHD more fully.
Any aircraft can be moved, even if inoperable, as long as it isn't destroyed. This allows the clearance of damaged aircraft from vital areas. It also enables the ability to backup aircraft that are parked on a ramp etc.
As a side benefit it also allows the emulation of ground manouving of helicopters. Yes those with skids will also do this (though would look funny). Also allowing for more realistic ground operations if required. Some helicopters behave better than others. One way of improving movement on some is to engage auto hover while taxiing forward, disengaging when turning is required. No it is not designed to be a proper simulation of ground movement for any aircraft, rather it is a simplified method of allowing more precise ground handling.
IkåR from the HEXAgon Team has released WIP picture of the upcoming French Army Mod on the HEXAgon site.

To use the K11 rifle : 1. You must know distance from player to enemy.(Aim the enemy's leg) 2. Select a range of ammo(Just push the whill mouse bouton and choose the range of ammo) 3. Select a Fire-Mode ( Select a 20mm AMMO You press a F-Key.) 4. Fire .
Kju has informed us about the Twentieth release of A&S ProMode (2011-09-18).
After a long, unplanned, summer break this release supplies you with several additional modsets - much thanks to Jedra. In addition you find the random mode version for all recently released community worlds.
Note: The files with the _AI_ tag have the AI mode active by default.

The 'bulldog' is an upgrade to the aging FV432 series British APC. With a new drivetrain, the addition of ERA and bar armour, an anti-IED electronics suite and improved crew protection it was designed to relieve the operational burden on the Warrior. ... 1.1 - tweaks to model/textures/RVMATs and config; - slowed her down a bit to make it more 'British' (ie: a bit crap really) - increased ammo count per magazine - increased armour values (too much?) - added thermal textures - simplified shadow LODs (so hopefully less noticable shadow LOD switching)

DAP has released an updated Booby Trap v1.5 addon on the BI Forums. A port from Arma Raven's Booby Trap.
One guy did a nice booby traps addon for ARMA. I decided port it into ARMA 2. So.. here is this addon. Totally reworked all scripts and models. Works in MP. Works in ARMA 2/ARMA 2 CO.

DARING RAID A small group of guerrillas start with terrible weapons and barely any ammo (although they have an exciting range of cars and bikes!), they must take better weapons from an enemy base, then move on to tackle some enemy armour in a nearby village. CARTE BLANCHE A group of farmers look for their weapon caches and then try to destroy as much of Takistani Army as they can. There are multiple bases to attack as objectives but no overall goal beyond causing as much havoc as possible.
STRIFE VALLEY (2 versions) Enemy forces have set up a radar facility and artillery battery in a wide valley. Destroy these targets and kill an enemy officer as well! Enemy forces include 2 armoured targets, several motorised forces and around 2 platoons of enemy infantry. The player side has access to 2 offroads with MGs and one with a recoilless rifle. LE version removes armoured enemies, reduces enemy motorised and infantry numbers but has fewer slots and removes the recoilless rifle offroad.
HUNT FOR AZIM A squad of Takistani soldiers have 20 minutes to search for (and capture) a player controlled fugitive - Azim. Azim is hiding in an area controlled by AI insurgents who are friendly to him but will engage the Takistani soldiers on sight.
AMBUSH AT TOPOLKA Spetznaz forces must quickly lay an ambush for a convoy of armour and troops. After destroying the convoy, prepare for a counter-attack.
RIVER ASSAULT Mechanised forces must cross a river (or drive across a defended dam) and destroy some enemy hardware. There is a deployable mortar that is fun to use.
