s_Hole has released a very nice Fixed Range Nightvision (v 0.1) addon, that adds realistic night vision effects, in order to replace BIS ones, in the BI Forums.
First screen has been taken using this addon, you can compare it to the second screen (BIS nvg) where we can't see anything. The two other pics compare the s_Hole and BIS nvg effects, in night and day use.
