Hello ,Nene2970 and Ocramweb from the team DST released some screenshots of the work in progress of Angel Island,a tiny but highly detailed 5x5 km. The island is split into several different countryside feeling.
Town, village, civilian and military port,aerport,racing circuit...small but fully fonctional as is included a logic script system. No release date, but the island is over 80%.

Binkowski has again updated his 173rd Airborne Brigade ACU Units addon, now to version 7.0 and released it on the BI Forums.

Hot on the heels of the recent A.C.E mod 1.02 release comes a new Extended Eventhandlers addon - version 1.92 This is the same version as the one XEH in ACE 1.02 and introduces a few new advanced features that have been cooking in the cauldrons of the deep dungeons of A.C.E. for some time. Please see the enclosed "readme" file for details of the new twins - PostInit and InitPost (*).

itim_tuko, CZM Modleader, has informed us of the release of the Infantry units from the Conflict Zone Mindanao Mod as a public Beta. This beta version features 35 different soldier models. The beta includes different branches of the Philippine Army: - The Marines - The Army Cause of lack of time, but on the other side I didnt want to exclude the army in the first release I made 3 soldiers of the 1st Tabak Division and one in the new Digital camo. - Philippine National Police (PNP)
I did also include one Pilot of the 206th Tactical Helicopter Squadron "Hornets"

Well okay small update/show of stuff.
As we are aware that not everybody has a good machine, we made the large island in another smaller version. It concentrates on just the SW part of the Kham Duc main island. The smaller island is called Ngok Tavak. So i recorded a small firefight out there in the jungle. I had a FPS count of around 24 while having 5 squads stealth fighting around me and viewdistance at 600. Why 600 you ask? Well i f#### only can see around 150 in front of me so why the hell have it at 1000 or more.
Our Czech Section Admin Blondak has informed us that hoz released a very usefull Mission Objective Script at OFPEC.com.
Description Disarm the bomb. A ready to serve objective. This script is to simulate a 4 wire bomb. You must choose the correct wire for cutting.
Install Copy all the contents from the init.sqf and description.ext and the HOZ_dabomb folder to your mission folder & mission files. Open the editor and copy the addaction commands from the Bomb and the Police vehicle to appropriate objects in your mission. If you want to avoid having to find the bomb first, then set HOZ_dabombFound = true in the init.sqf file. This will allow the player to skip that objective.
If you want to disable the timer then simply change HOZ_TimerEnabled to false. Wire Color choices are: "Red", "White", "Gray", "Blue" and can be configured manually by setting HOZ_dabombWireC = "colorchoice". Be sure to disable HOZ_dabombRNDWires = false; if you want to manually specify the color. Default will be to randomly choose the color.
Spooner released a an update for Roller in the BIS Forums. Roller is a community made software developed by Spoonerto convert and process OFP and ArmA island files. Its primary purpose is to convert OFP islands to ArmA for the ACE Island Pack, but it can also do some processing that could be useful to people making new ArmA islands.
