ba2 has released his US Navy SEALs on the BI forums. This addon contains US Navy SEALs, as the name already says, with desert and woodland camos, as seen on the pictures below.

Desert Braddley released

Addon release

Pauliesss has released a Desert Bradley Addon by vilas, G_H_Play_AKA_BOSS and Pauliesss on the BI Forums. This addon is featuring a desert version of Vilas's "Woodland" Bradley previously released with Vilas's addons pack.

Notes: Bradley woodland is in VIBI pack, Bradley green will be in Project85 mod as 1985 version

Mando Fountain by Mandoble

Addon release

Mandoble has released a Mando Fountain ArmA script on the OFPEC website. More info on this hydraulic and moisturizing script BI Forums.

Sahrani is too dry, it needs water fountains and waterfalls
...
Updated to v1.3
- Size and colour arrays now may be passed as parameters to the script.
- Player presence and distance is checked to ensure the water is not active if player is too far from the fountain.
- Now you can also create big waterfalls, waterfall demo included.

New skins for MI-24 Hind

RobertHammer has shown new screenshots on the BIS forums of the awesome new skins that he is working on for the MI-24 Hind that was originally made by EricM.

The new skins will include those of the Slovak, Croatian and Soviet air forces. He has also offered to make other skins on request. If you want to suggest a skin, make a post in the topic here.

Extended Voice Addon by nikita320106

Addon release

nikita320106 has released an Extended Voice Addon on the BI Forums.

Description: Addon contains some of additional words and adds some variants in AI radioprotocol. Basically, this is the reports on wounds, losses, targeting and attack.
Only reduced variant realised - bot's numbers, the exact indication of target (machinegunner or specops - both are simple men), and exact distance - cut off. This is little accelerates and simplifies a radioprotocol. All bots radiochat subtitles are saved as original. The new words variants are taken from ca\sounds\missions\character_name and completely correspond to characters voices in ca\voice. Addon based on Armed Assault Speech Database, by =BFP=Cheetah and flea's detailed instructions, Very Big thanks to BIS community for comments and suggestions))

SA-6 Gainful update

scars has updated his nice SA-6 Gainful and released it in the BI Forums. Addon can be found in the editor in OPFOR-->ARMORED-->2K12 kub.

PMC CAT Afghanistan 1.1

Addon release

PMC has released v1.1 of the CAT Afghanistan island on the BIS forums. The new version contains a number of fixes for existing problems, but not much added graphical content.

--- v1.1 fixes
- streetlamp didn't work and gave binarize/arma.RPT errors, fixed.
- one grass field type was glowing at night time, fixed.
- bushes/grass could be shot and damaged (they turned sideways), fixed.
- renamed all resolution LODs like 1, 2, 3 and 4 etc.
- added geometry propertys sbSource = ShadowVolume and PrefersShadowVolume = 1.
- created ShadowVolume 0 LOD, usually 100 or less polys.

More and more addons are beeing packed with 7zip a similar program like Winrar which is used for most of the addons.
The reason why we also extract Winrar packed addons and repack them with 7zip is that 7zip compresses pbo much better than winrar.
Now we are asking you if this note is still necessary or if we can leave it out in the futur (you can also vote for an alternative (more information can be found in th forum topic).

Our next news is indeed a rather doleful one. Flyer who has been working on our site since years has decided to step down from activ duty.
