strac_sapper has released an updated US Army Sappers (combat engineers) v 0.3 addon on the BI Forums.
Introduction: US Army sappers work in squad and team sized elements in cooperation with Armor and Infantry, and this addon creates the necessary units and groups for easy use in missions. A team of engineers is seen as a "force multiplier", able to increase the fighting ability of nearby units by doing specialized tasks as well as direct combat.
All of the members of a sapper unit are able to do normal infantry tasks, but more importantly every member also performed their specialized tasks. In every (good) unit this author was in, everyone in the unit worked including the squad leaders. The only exception was the MG and his assistant who would provide over-watch.
Also, in Takistan, there is need for EOD teams, highly trained sappers who specialize in dangerous removal of explosives among other tasks. Units: All personnel, including squad and team leaders, have the ability to perform engineer tasks. And all sappers carry a mix of demo and mines, with more of one or the other. This way you can be prepared for changes in mission.
Vehicles have load of mines and satchel charges. hcpookie has released a SOC-R Special Operations Craft v1.2 addon on the BI Forums.
The SOC-R boat is a Special Operations craft designed to transport a SF crew of 8 into shallow waters. The craft is designed for high survivability in the form of overwhelming firepower. There are two versions in this addon - the M2 version and the M134 version. The M2 version consists of 2-M2 MGs in the front, 2 M240 MGs on the side, and a rear Mk19 grenade launcher. The M134 version has 2 forward M134's, 2 side Mk19s, and a rear M2 MG. The addon contains both USMC Fore Recon and US Special Forces versions (total of 4 vehicles).
v1.2: 1/22/2012 -FIX: Conflict issue with other mods (changed inheritance settings). -FIX: Some minor LOD issues. -IMPROVED: Commander Turret rotation now 360 degrees.

Today Im releasing some updated and some new releases
Today Im updating my Nogovan Light Infantry Units to use the ACR model as I prefer these over the CDF models, the updated units use the same .pbo name and classes and loadouts so they won't break any missions created with these units. However they do now require my backpacks addon now.
Also Im releasing an updated version of my Nogovan Crew addon, this now includes an TankCrew Model.
Also I am releasing an Armour Pack, this is to fill the gap of lack of armoured units in the NAF arsenal, Im including a T72 in the pack as the NAF will be upgrading their armoured units slowly. In the future I will be releasing a second armour pack which will include T55 variants and MTLB.
Please note the armoured pack requires the Crew Pack
SaS TrooP has released a Georgian Armed Forces Mod 1.2 addon on the BI Forums. ACE is needed but a non ACE version config has been added.
GAF Mod, as the name says in fact, as its main objective considers realistic recreation of miltiary forces of Georgia from time period 2008-2010. This is first stable release, mod is still being developed. For now there are regular land forces and vehicles, circa 200-250 units, so you HAVE content to play OPFOR is also included in form of South Ossetian militia, together with 3 coop or SP missions and one training mission, rather for new ACE players the mod is based on. In further development it is planned to release Georgian Army in Afghanistan and then Georgian Special Forces, however I will probably add Ossetian, too. ... Version 1.2: - Infantry 2010 nearly completely redone, new multicam scheme used - CREATED NON ACE CONFIG due to numerous requests - Some minor config fixes etc.
v1.3 Features - Overall the look and feel of these units is that of a conventional military spetsnaz team, not MVD or FSB. Blakeace has informed us about updated Blake's AI Forward Observer v1.1 release on the BI Forums.
Version 1.1 changes - Added SADARM,WP and SMOKE firemission types if the artillery have those types of ammunition. - Added check to gather if a unit is in combat, and alter lead values less if they are. - Added the ability to add FO's dynamically during a mission. - Added a check to terminate the FO's scripts if the artillery units are eliminated. - Changed Blakes_Fall_of_shot marker displays round type and type of target to help mission designers with analysing their missions. Note the SADARM is very powerful, especially if used against human players. In the next version I want to add counters specific to each round type.

Vilas has published a massive Project 85 update on the BI Forums.
....- P85 was updated: According to some community requests soldiers were divided. Now there are national packs. Each country/nation has its own troops pack and skins pack. So when someone prefere to have only USA or only Germany, than he can download only one national pack and use it without need to download more (probably important for people who play MP and for servers hosters). Another new thing in P85 are backpacks. Thanx to Dimitri_Harkov now you have backpacks in P85.
You can delete file P85_troop.pbo, now more units come with all "divided" files. Camo-selection on vehicles is enabled, so you can make any skin you want. In vehicles pack you will find more vehicles than before. Some "bonus 1990-2010" stuff was deleted from P85 (SWAT, SAKO, such previous bonus things, it is sensless to make mod for 50 years). More older vehicles appeared , some even from Korean War era (M59 apc, M38A1 jeep).
Resources wiki is also w.i.p. and it is not finished yet, but I hope to finish and polish it. Many people helped with developing it. Since first update release (I tried to make gift for Christmass and later for New Year) people found some bugs, so I had to remove bugs and make updates.
Today I uploaded config : fixed sound of T72 canon(it is info for people who already have new P85) and vehicles (fixed M109 olive drab, fixed M109 tracks). Soldiers packs contain skins for vehicles. If you will not download any troops pack, you will have BIS crew and default skin. Inside US/UK pack there are MERDC skins. Still P85 is not finalized and still it need work on it. Shame I and others have not enough time. We would need to live twice to have time for all that we want

The vehicles have a driver-switchable camo net intended for use when the boat must hide in wait for the passengers to return. The radar mast can be raised and lowered as per the real life version when being transported by a CH-47.
The crew in the real vehicle consists of 4... the crew in the addon consists of 7 people to properly crew the turrets. Carries 8 Passengers.

Here new release, [ADO] BearRocks v0.6beta BearRocks is a small island featuring wild high grounds surrounded by low narrow coastal continuous area. A deep fjord nearly cuts the island in two part ... at the end of the fjord, a naval base. Of course in the initial project these base must have been an underground subs base but I have not found a model fitting my need so atm, it's just a naval base. All along the coast military bases, farms, villages and ruined villages are to be found. There is a small town, an harbour and some factories in the South. A main airbase is set in the West. Nearby, a town built as a CQB training area. This terrain is loosly based upon my experiences as a gamer in various PvP missions as well as PvP games such as BF: Bad Company 2. This terrain have been built with PvP ot TvT in mind, AI are not at ease on it. This terrain is unfit for Quad and Strikers for they tend to make to tumble in various parts of the island. Needed : MBG Killhouses 1.0 by Mondkalb.
