GLTMyke has released an updated GLT Missilebox and Real Air Weapons v3.4 addons on the BI Forums. Since version 3.4 it is splitted into 2 parts. The GLT Missilebox containing all new weapons, model replcements of BIS weapons aswell as several variations of BIS planes with ne weapon loadout and of course the MOAB. Config improvements have been outsourced into a separate addon with also separate serverkey. This Real Air Weapons addon is just a config update for all BIS weapons and makes sure the BIS weapons have the same performance like the Missilebox weapons have. Personally i do recommend the use of this additional addon as it makes Aerial weapons more realistic.

Tupolov has released the long awaited Arma 2: Qom Province (Lite) terrain for ArmA 2 Combined Operations on the BI Forums. After breaching IAEA rules over nuclear enrichment and hiding the development of nuclear weapons, Ardistan (also known as 'Eraan' in the west) has increased tensions in the region by recently testing medium range missiles. The US and British have reacted angrily in this blatant disregard for international law. UN Security Council has passed resolution 1973 giving Coalition forces the moral and legal authority to use force to stop Ardistan's nuclear weapons programme...

DAP has released an updated DAPTRAP v1.1 addon on the BI Forums, a port from ArmA Booby Trap by Raven.
One guy did a nice booby traps addon for ARMA. I decided port it into ARMA 2. So.. here is this addon. Totally reworked all scripts and models. Works in MP. Works in ARMA 2/ARMA 2 CO. Not tested in OA, but i think it must work.
Note: This addon add specific action in action menu. But not for all units. Only for Spec-Ops, Snipers, Officers and Engineers. If you want add this action to another unit, then you must add this string in unit's init: "this setVariable ["DAP_EXPLOSIVE_SPECIALIST",1];"

Gigan has submitted a GCam Rec 1.0 script. GCam Rec can make a camera work in cutscene that can be referred in the mission editing.

Xeno426 has released a Stryker MGS and MEV fixes addon on the BI Forums.
It really annoyed me how the MEV (ambulance) Stryker can't hold any troops at all, despite the ambulance versions of other vehicles--like the BMP-2 and M113--can. This is also counter to the actual MEV, which can carry four patients on stretchers or six less seriously-wounded men in regular seating. What's strange is that BIS's MEV model can carry the full nine passengers of the ICV model. For balance, though, I've kept the number of passengers to four.
The Stryker MGS is another annoyance. The fact that there is no gunner--only a commander and driver--not only breaks the convention of other vehicles that have only two positions (like the M113), but can also cause problems in Warfare. Thus, I've fixed the MGS Stryker to display its positions as gunner and driver rather than driver and commander.

This adds 4 Su-24 Fencer to the russian army and 4 Su-24 Fencer to the takistani army. Available loadouts for each faction: Bomber, Antitank, GPS/INS and Laserguided. This is a donation by wld427 from the PRACS mod. The original model was made by Footmunch.
R0adki11 has informed us about Nogovan Jas39 - Arma 2: Combined Operations addon release on the BI Forums. The needed Nogovan Crew addon is the updated 1.1 version. The Nogovan Airforce is in a transition period of moving away from its Mig21 aircraft to the Jas39 multi role fighter.
Sgt Savage from The Unsung Mod has informed us about the release of 2nd Mod RC. The Unsung Vietnam War MOD is proud to announce our 2nd Candidate Release for Armed Assault 2. What started out as adding a few models and a bit of fine tuning, evolved into a behemoth expansion for our MOD.
Included in this release you will find new small arms weapons that include: .357 Magnum, .38 Special, Sterling Mk 4, Sten Mk2, Sten (Silenced), Model 12 12 Gauge Trench Shotgun, (X)M-21 Sniper Rifle, Winchester Model 70 Sniper Rifle, Browning Automatic Rifle (“BARâ€), M-1 Carbine, M-2 Carbine and XM-148.
7 New aircraft have been added to the unsung air wing. The line-up includes: CH-34 Choctaw, CH-46, CH-47, CH-53 and OH-58 Kiowa. Also included in the download are the A-1J Skyraider and F-100 Super Sabre.
We have increased the number of variations within the US Army forces that reflect real war appearances. The US Marine Corps were reworked to include the standard Marines, Marines that have different ruck sacks, Marines that include the ruck with entrenching tool and the 1969+ Marine uniforms. We are also introducing the Marine Force Recon troops for the first time in Armed Assault 2. The LRRPs and Special Forces have been reworked with added variations.
Our eastern forces have been overhauled so that they include the standard local, regional and main force Viet Cong. Not to mention the unveiling of our new Dac Cong special forces units for the NVA . Also included are the Pre 1966 North Vietnamese Infantry that have the khaki colored uniforms along with the Post 1966 green uniforms.
We have included additional MP and SP missions within the download. We are constantly expanding in this area so that the community can enjoy playing this Mod.
Along with our initial map, Lowlands, we are including new maps which include: CSJ’s South East Asia (SEA) map, our Dong Ha map (built for MP playing), the Plei Trap River Valley and the Ia Drang River Valley. We hope you enjoy playing the MOD as much as we enjoy creating it.
