Looks pretty nice. I myself own that kind of uniform too.
Work on the normal maps - I can still see the old BIS ones with the interceptor vests and stuff. Also, I might be wrong, because I can't remember right now, but I think the camo pattern is a little bigger in real life.

Yes, these are "Bersaglieri" and in that image they have "M92 Roma" camo (old Italian camo) while now Italian Army use VEGETATA camo that you can see here:
