Very good ! And Dav!d Armstrong is right, could be useful in some maps for our mod. Any chance to see more buildings like this one leter ?

This is beta-version. Later there will be entrance at the roof-top. And MAYBE in apartments.

The ruined P44 buiding is great. Having tried it in order to make the pics I have found it designed for in game fighting purpose.
The plain P44 is a bit disconcerting because, it's not enterable, you can just enter entrance on one side. There is no way to go through the building. The author stated :

-Small quantity of textures, worked system LODs that allows to use simultaneously a considerable quantity of objects on a map without damage to FPS

So the model must be simple.
