1.11 or 1.09 can't be "final" . it's always "beta"
1.12 or 1.10 can however !

that mean we could use larger memory space . like 1500Megabyte ,and load a lot of file without problem.

i would like to see that!

Many of the fixes that we get in our final patch will come from Arma 2 since that game really is just a fixed version of Arma 1. In the last blog entry I believe he even said that is why it is taking so long. We have to wait for them to fix it in Arma 2 first.

Sounds like Arma will just be a glorified expansion pack plus fixes we should have got for free.

At least BIS accepted that ArmA memory handling is terrible. I really hope that they will fix this ASAP.

I take it that 1.11 is 1.9 final.
I agree with you on that Bence, any improvement in performance is very welcome.
