misunderstanding there, I was in no trying to flame or flame russian people, players or opforce players. I enjoy playing some opforce missions myself sometimes. that having been said my comment about russian sites was only referring to a couple russian sites that were obviously communistic and a few russian govt advertising sites. I do also agree whole heartedly with Toje, Crew experience is everything. It has been said that had the roles of the American and German tankers been reversed the germans would still have defeated their own superior armor in WW2. After all uber equipment without uber training is worthless :)

about the "Old M1A2". google it and pretty much any discussion of the two, most people generally agree the M1A2 to be superior. (unless you go to russian sites) the "new T90" is pretty much a recycled, pimp-my-ride T-72, they would have even kept the name the same had it not been for the Gulf War "tarnishing" the T-72's "reputation". the only substantial protection upgrade it has is ERA which, despite what russian tank adds boast, is almost WORTHLESS against KE penetrators. its just physics. Also the T90's primary armour is just RHA which is vastly inferior to Chobham/composite armour both in terms of KE penetration and HEAT/HEAP penetration. after all RHA is pretty much regular old steel. Also the M1A2's main gun is of much greater quality than the T-90. Enough said.

the M1A2 and the T90 have never meet each other in combat, not only that the iraqi T-72's was under maintained and and a shit copy.
We wont know what one is better until they do, several times.
The M1A2 and A1 are good tank but don't just flame other tanks because the Iraqis used a crap copy called the "Lion of Babylon" not the T-72 otherwise it was a vastly outdated Chinese copy or Soviet tank, without allot of the correct systems and badly trained crews with shit crew looking after them, then compare it to the tank used by the USA.
The T-72 is a good tank when well looked after and Upgraded. the T-90 is a even better tank built to Russian, and not American Specs. They have different tactics the tanks are good for different things. The M1A1-2 is over hyped IMO and Russian tanks are under valued, the T-90 could most likely stand up to a M1A1 or A2, just depends on the crew.
I will be using this tank as an OPFOR Weapons System as well as i Play as SLA/Russians and don't like plating as the Americans.
Don't Flame other because of their style of play and who they play as.

If I read correctly he is releasing the M1A2 and M1A2 TUSK versions as well. It's a M1A1, not a M1A2.

Pretty cool especially the working m240, but its about time the m1 abrams get the Canon recoil animation, give more realism to the tank, other than thats excellent model.
