  Compact Fix by zGuba updated to 1.16 Screenshots    
zGuba has released a fixed 1.16 version of his Compact Fix addon on the BI Forums.

I have to apologise again for not testing the Compact Fix properly before release. Final archive is available there:

  Hardened Aircraft Shelters by EddyD updated Screenshots    
EddyD has released an updated beta version of his Hardened Aircraft Shelters addon on the BI Forums.

New update
10 new hardend aircraft shelters beta's for download
All ainmations doors and better protection shelters for bombs
Some shelters have sound doors and some not
There can be some bugs in some shelters and and is no readme in the folder
Is still a beta addons and on you own risk for using this addons

  31st Normandy Mod WIP screenshots Screenshots    
Rip31st has released new Normandy Map WIP screenshots on the BI Forums.

Here's some updated pics of Caen, currently working on the city a bit adding some touches, moving stuff around. I know last go around the AI had a hard time driving up and down the tight roads. Gonna try to make it a bit more free for ai in town.
There's a bit more foilage, walls, fences, bushes, trees, etc. Give it a bit more complete feeling then a barren desert.

  modEmMaik's fix for RHS Hind Addon release    
modEmMaik has released a Modem's RHS Hind 1.14 fix for the RHS Hind on the BI Forums.

Changes:
- Adjusted trackLead for homing missiles (improves tracking on moving vehicles)
- Changed 12.7mm to airlock=1 (attacks airborn vehicles now)
- Added maxLeadSpeed to magazines (AI will use FFAR and MG on moving vehicles now)
- Removed burst entry on FFAR launchers (BI introduced a burst class to the FFAR's in 1.08)
- Adjusted threat values for Hind-P's (to prevent them from attacking airborn vehicles. More prio on ground targets now)

Main Features:
- Homing missiles behavior improved
- "Burst Class"-issue since ArmA 1.08 fixed

Be aware that the hind shows much more activity now. Some older missions, including the hind, might be a bit difficult now

  Pedagne Mod Vehicles WIP screenshots and news Screenshots    
Arremba San Zorzo has sent us Land-Rover line and a "Lince" WIP screen shots and gives us news about the Pedagne Mod Projects.

In this screens you can find the ultimate state of the work. Are showed LR both 90 and 110 of Italian Army, Italian Air Force, Italian Navy and Carabinieri (as Police and as troops).



After the very hard work on SADF, PARABATS, SWAPO and FAPLA soldiers maded for BWC mod i turn back to work to Italian vehicles in PedagneMOD; over Land Rover series and over the vehicles that you has seen on 9 april news, now i'm hard working on FIAT-IVECO VTML "Lince" (called also Panther CLV in UK, or MLV in general - that are saving many Nato soldiers life's in Afganistan).
It is important to say that the very, very nice model 3D and textures was made by Lobo of FFAA mod (that have gave me many models;... and i say a great thanks to him/them). I'm adding various particulars to adapt VTML to the Italian version: ambulance, command, special force over anti-tank and weapon turret in remote control that actually are only in the UK army.
I have added also some first screens of "LINCE".



So, now PedagneMOD are working to complete the all series of vehicles, to be ready to the "impact" of ARMA 2.
About this, two (great and very available) modders are joined in PedagneMOD to work on "damned" config. So, with this new modders and the great and precious contribute of Cimalex tha MOD will can play also in ARMA 2.

  Island Kulima released Addon release    
Acutres has informed us about the release of his Island Kulima. A 37km² map with a big lake in the middle.

Characteristics -This faraway island has been impacted by several small meteorites, which resulted in a reduction of the area the island nearly two-thirds. Effect from the meteoritic impact is evident even now, not only resulting from the lake, but also a small crater, which is in the north-western part of the island. Currently, scientists have studied this part.

North is hilly, with most coniferous forests. Central part is dominated by a large lake and above the ruins of the castle Barbus. The southern part of the island covered with the desert airport.
The island is now inhabited throughout its area. There are two small villages and a few isolated objects.

  Ensk Map v1.0 by Sarmat Studio released Addon release    
SMERSH from the SARMAT studio has release their Ensk Map v1.0 on our Forums. ArmA - 1.14 \1.16 and Queen's Gambit needed.

So, here we also have lived to release. Went long, stumbled, but - have reached.
We represent on your court our island - Ensk.
In this island we have tried to create the atmosphere which is present at the CIS countries, atmosphere of the former Soviet Union, present atmosphere in which we live and we work.

  Project RACS Massive WIP Update! Screenshots    
wld427 released a couple of screenshots showing various South Sahrani units on the BI Forums!

Red Brigade, ive used these guys in a couple different ways in my scenarios. They make good northern govt loyalists and they make great southern communist faction loyal to gov. Also some trucks and a howitzer.

  Vietnam: The Experience Final Alpha released Addon release    

Snake Man from the VTE Team has informed us on our Forums about the release of the Vietnam: The Experience Final Alpha version.

This is the Vietnam: The Experience Final Alpha release (05-08-09), it is our sixth release for ArmA. This release has been done after heavy multiplayer testing and several suggestions and requests from the players.

Pre alpha means that this is work in progress. Usually the release cycles go from alpha to beta to release candidate into the final release. This release is still incomplete but the earlier versions have been proven on MP to be very enjoyable, this release should enhance the MP even more. We just want to warn anyone who is interested to not get their hopes up, VTE team is not in the business to overhyping their work.

Future plans: We have alot of work to do, all of the models need to be reworked, textures done, terrains... configs... oh boy, dont get me started, anyone care to help? Hehe. I'm looking forward to working for the NAM stuff, it will be great.

  Multicam SF Updated to Version 1.1 Addon release    
Ardvarkdb informed us he has again updated his Multicam SF addon and released the new Version 1.1 on the BI Forums.

Changes in Version 1.0
-Updated and fixed some normal maps
-Added 6 different replacement packs for west spec ops
-Added Multicam Assault (A) soldiers. These soldiers have new loadouts and wear the default BIS West spec ops helmets.
-Fixed various small inconsistencies, model errors, spelling errors, etc.


Changes in Version 1.1
-Added groups for all units to the editor. Found under West/MulticamSF
-Updated and fixed some more normal maps
-Added some special soldiers.
-Added Model.cfg file.
