Mr Groch released an unofficial fix for the SLX Vehicles 1.1. With this fix installed HMMWVs can pass bridges without getting stuck. A version that can be used with the latest XAM release is available too.

arremba_san_zorzo has sent us new WIP screenshots of the upcoming PedagneMOD featuring Italian troops and vehicles. A Beretta ammobox (v .01) has been released previously.
The beta testing of the new step of PedagneMOD started few days ago. I hope that in one, two weeks i can release the units and vehicles. NB: the vehicles (in this phase) are only fast reskinned by the original BIS model.
In reference to the photo published here: http://www.armedassault.info/index.php?cat=news&id=517 in this new photo you can see other units added as the G.I.S. (carabinieri urban security commando), Col Moschin (army commando), parachute troops, the MBT crew with his skin jacket and the female soldier (but their moves are so male) called Marianna Quanto (a joke on Marian Quandt character). All the soldiers have a new neck design and new BDU camo.
In fact, about the new BDU camo, i have had a possibility to use the high res photo of Behoram Wallace (thanks).

the-f from Advanced Combat Environment (ACE) has informed the community of the release of ACE Everon island, a High res CWC Everon conversion, on the BI Forums. This is a BETA version.
A converted version of the Operation Flashpoint Everon island. The island vegetation was replaced with the OFP Resistance vegetation. The Resistance objects have the best performance, still look good and have almost zero LOD switching.
The island uses ArmA's satellite and mask texture technology. This results in dynamic interaction of satellite, detail textures and placement of clutters.
Yeb released a small addon that changes the units and weapons displaynames in Armed Assault. To view the changes read more simply click here. This little add-on replaces almost all single weapon and vehicle names of the games from weapons to vehicles through missiles. It will only replace display names and does not replace weapon classnames, hence it won’t affect missions design and addweapon/removeweapon commands.
Solus has released his SLX Vehicles addon on the BI Forums. This was part of ArmA SLX mod but is now a separate release. Extended_EventHandlers is needed to make the door opening scripts work.
Contains animated vehicles with several features:
- Doors/ramps that open when people get in. - Animated weapons(belts, bolts, feedtray covers, triggers, etc). - Glass materials that don't get messed up by shadows, and shadows inside vehicles. - Antennas that sway back when moving forward. - The doors open to a random degree when the vehicle is destroyed.
The scripts for each vehicle are hopefully open ended enough to be used with any vehicle, but shouldn't be too hard to modify for most.
Included vehicles:

Quick fix 1.1 -fixed MP flapping doors bug. -Fixed UAZ .tga texture errors on servers. -Added random flat tires on HMMWVs when destroyed. -Moved scripts to config addon. -Fixed not being able to shoot through the UH60 glass.
Franze has again updated his F/A-18E/F Super Hornet beta addon and released it on the BI Forums.
Beta 0.3 changes: - More bug fixes. - Modified GUI to be self-contained and available when nearby an ammo truck. Toggle with variable fz_f18_noarming. - Introduced gunner-variant of F/A-18F.
In addition, I've made a experimental version with a new weapon system that allows for near fully-dynamic weapon loadouts. Instead of grouping weapons by type, weapons are grouped on a per-hardpoint basis. This version is otherwise the same as the standard variant but with modified weapon functionality.
