Aussie has released a Yanutha island on the OGN Forums. It's a small island just over 25km square, roughly 5x5Km and build for CTI purpose with 2 airports.
IceBreakr from the SBP team, has released an updated version of SBP Slovenian Soldiers addon, by Smukec[SBP] and IceBreakr[SBP], on the BI Forums. This update features more realistic skin colors, faces representing real Slovenian soldiers, fixed bug: able to select satchels/grenades after respawn.
This addon represents Slovenian Soldiers in Woodland camo (default), Desert (peacekeeping operations in Afghanistan and instructors in Iraq) and Alternate (desert clothing/woodland flak-jacket & webgear). In this release default ArmA models and weapons/gear is used. They represent best choice to the the real units (SV Army uses M70AB2 and Herstal FN 2000).

Inkompetent updated his Real M136 and released version 1.1 of this useful addon in the BIS Forums.
Since the M136 AT-4 is a single shot disposable weapon in real life I thought it should be in ArmA too. The M136 AT-4 is now firable once, then automatically dropped on the ground. It can be picked up, but since the weapon can't be loaded and fired again the only purpose would be in a human vs human missions if you want to be sneaky (however sneaky it is to fire an AT rocket!). Ammo loadout for US and RACS AT soldiers are changed accordingly, giving them only one M136 rocket each, and exchanging the two excess rockets for magazines. The total number of slots used is the same as before, and thus shouldn't have any other effect on the game.
The addon can be used in multiplayer enve if only you use it on a server. Other players will not be able to see/pick up/use any M136 AT-4 launcher you have fired though (unless they have the mod too).
Mondkalb has released a Cessna 182 addon on the BI Forums. The pack includes two Cessna 182 (One in Green and another in the reworked BIS-Paint). Hi, I've ported the famous OFP-Cessna to ArmA. I didn't change much on the outside Model, but've completeley reworked the Cockpit. The result is a retextured Cessna 182 with a high-detail Cockpit (The one before was looking like "Someone made a photo of it, then let it redraw it by a kid, then he scanned it, recompressed it to the very low, and then resized it to 64x64px, and then to the final 256x256px" - $cruffy. But thats ok, since OFP was released in 2001 ;) ). All intruments work. There are no dummies or placeholders.
VictorFarbau has updated his VFAI - AI Extension to version 2.3 and released it on the BI Forums. This addon makes units smarter and more independent, you can view a sample video of v1.4 below.
FIXED with version 2.3 : Tested Smokeshell.AI on a dedicated server, works fine for me now. Bug reports still very welcome.
Tested Equipment.AI on a dedicated server. Due to the precautions taken you don't see units that often anymore stealing stuff from corpses. But I tested a basic mission on a dedicated server and after a while hostile and friendly units started to pick stuff from dead bodys. So the addon works - there might be other conditions that stop units as explained in the readme file.
VFAI will work with XEH 1.0 by Solus and Killswitch. It is the only version of extended eventhandlers that I have installed and it works fine for me. I am not sure it's a good idea to have several versions installed simultaneously - I won't be held responsible for undesired effects. I myself use this: -mod=beta;@DMSmokeEffects;@TrueMods;@SIX_Pack1 Works all just fine with only "Extended_Eventhandlers.pbo" (XEH).
Sickboy from the 6thSense.eu team released the 6thSense.eu Pack2 in the BI Forums. The addons included significantly improves Armed Assault's gameplay. Furthermore the 6thSense.eu Pack2 has been updated too head over to the 6th Sense Wiki for more information

Ou Matroos. of the Bush Wars Mod team has informed us of the released of several addons on our forums. A new version of the Star 9mm Pistol and the Alouette II, plus two versions of the famous Puma Helicopter in medical and assault configurations. To top off the pack, new Pilots have also been released.
Finally after quite a long delay due to the problems with our previous hosts and the changeover to armedassault.info Obmar has been able to start releasing some of our Add-ons to showcase our work. We will have a beta version of our Mini-Map teaser Island "Cuito Cuanavale" early in February as Ebud still has quite a lot of work to do. In the meantime Obmar will be releasing quite a few add-ons which will form part of our Mini-Mod release in May.

ONI.au has released Pingu's Claymore addon, still in beta stage and a work in progress, on the BI Forums. Patch 1.09 beta is needed, read more here.
a good mate of mine (pingu) has created a working model of the claymore that is completely adjustable in angle and direction once placed like the real ones and also as its a shaped charge has a 10 meter blast radius at first and then from beyond that shrapnel and ball bearings fly forward in an arc up to an effective range of roughly 100 meters to the front arc of the claymore
Sudden Death has released his vehicle pack over on the BI Forum. This excellent piece of work brings working dual miniguns into ArmA and includes an AH6 and ZSU 'Shilka'! He has also kindly provided a preview video of it working in game on youtube.
The models and textures are all BIS original stuff, addon is only a replacement config to add the scripts. Using extended Eventhandlers makes it compatible to other mods like 6thSense Tracers or FDF-Soundpack (shown in the vid).

Vilas has released an update of his WW2 pack addon on the BI Forums. This addon is a standalone, it no longer needs vilas mod.

Hotshotmike has updated his MD-500 Helicopter addon on the Armaholic web site. This 1.4 release features civilian versions, Police and UN version as well as 3 East side combat versions, 2 with rockets guided or not and MG, one with cannon pods.
This addon is packed with 7-zip, a packer tool similar to Winrar. You can get it from HERE, but the files can also be extracted with Winrar.
MadDogX updated his ExplosionFX script and released the 1.03 BETA in the BI Forums.

I'm currently working on a small, easy to use script that "improves" the effect of explosions on air vehicles. You can watch a demo video and download version 1.03 beta at the bottom of this post.
The current version supports all vehicles, although so far only helicopters and planes have FX. Other vehicle profiles will be added in later versions.
