Jojimbo of the Invasion 1944 mod has posted a progress update of their map, which shows Omaha beach. Among other things, the beach is based on German maps showing the positions of the actual emplacements.
He also mentioned that the map is pretty much done, so that they can now concentrate on working on other parts of the mod.
Hexagon Team informed us of the release of 6 videos featuring French army units, armor, and plane, on YouTube and of some pictures on their site.

Aushilfe has released nice pictures of his WIP on different versions for the Su-30 addon on the BI Forums.
I am working on a Su-30 Addon for ArmA. The Su-30 is a multirole Aircraft from the Su-27 Flanker family. The following versions will be containing the Su-30MK [M(Multirole)K(Export)] with different setting. The following screenshots show a stage which the the Su-30MKK/MKI represents. A Version with Vectorthrusting is already in Progress. I made a modular system to use the Aireffects created by Lethal and Gnat. The Addon can be used without the effects, if you have performance issues on your pc. There are two skins available atm. One desert and one mountain camoflage. I am planning an all in grey version like the Indian airforce is using. Enought said for the moment. Here are some screens
343rdBadger has released his updated RussianArmor Pack addon on the BI Forums. This addon is adding the T90, T80D, BTR80 and T72 to your Armed Assault.
Not too much done ,just texture tweaks ,but I added a new variant of t-72. This version has the T-72MP,which is sorta a cross between the t-80 and t-72 ERA upgrade. Its a camo net version that matches the btr's a bit better. Still haven't figured out the damage issues as yet though
Ike_fin has release a v1 of his T-90 & T-72BM pack on the BI Forums. This pack is including T-90M(Shtora), T-90S(basic version) and T-72BM with slat armor. All are based on BIS T-72 model.
v1 changelog: - Added experimental T-90 with camo netting - Added SLA green variants - Added optional replacement (T-72->T-90S and T-72(racs)->T-72BM, model and name only) - Fixed smoke launcher bug - Changes in models and textures - Changed gunner optics - Adjusted gunner and driver FOV
Spooner has released an update of his SPON Rangefinder v0.3.0 set of script/addon on the BI Forums. It needs SPON Core.
Adds an overlay to the standard ArmA SOFLAM laser designator. It will show range while the designator is turned on. Azimuth and elevation are also shown, even if the laser is turned off.
Requires that the SPON Core be installed in the mission (v0.5.1 or higher). Both SPON Rangefinder and SPON Core are available in two versions: One is a client-side addon and the other is mission-script-based, which does not require any addons to be installed on client or server. SPON Rangefinder requires ArmA 1.14 or higher.

ObmaR from the Bush Wars Conflict Mod has released some new screenshots of FAPLA units on their web site
FAPLA or Forcas Armadas Populares de Libertacao de Angola (Peoples Armed Forces for the Liberation of Angola) was originally the armed wing of the MPLA movement but later became the Angola's official armed forces when MPLA took control of the government.
A big thank you for all the hard work put into this addon by ASZ/Aldo (Freelance member) and our member Cimalex. The textures and quality of the addon are amongst the best. We have modified and implemented a face script originally scripted by MADMED so that all the soldiers have black faces.
The addon is in the beta testing stage and we will be releasing it as soon as our weapons pack is completed.

AtStWalker has showed us some nice WIP screenshots of his upcomming Abwehrflammenwerfer 42 static falmethrower/flame mine! He also made a short video clip. This addon will be part of his WWII mod!
The Abwehrflammenwerfer 42 was a German static defensive flamethrower or flame mine used during the Second World War. The were usually buried at intervals of 12 to 30 yards / 10 to 27 meters covering road blocks, landing beaches, harbor walls and other obstacles. They were normally mixed in with other mines or emplaced behind barbed wire and could be command detonated or triggered by tripwires or other devices.
snake22000 has released the XAM 1.5 on the XAM Forums. This version features a lot of enhancements, bug corrections and new units. Full change log here, on our addons section. More infos on the XAM Forums. Here is the complete version of the XAM 1.5
The work on this version was very long, because Snake wanted to give you a lighter mod, and more optimize. The public beta test which has been done on this version allowed me to fix a lot of small problem. This version is the more stable and the more "clean" since the 1.2. The first missions from the multiplayer campaign will come soon .
The download of 480 mo contains:
- The XAM 1.5 version in a manual installation way. - 4 coop mission multiplayer domination,by Squeeky for the XAM. - 1 reference guide XAM for the missions makers, with the name of the vehicles, soldiers, objects for the mission making. - 1 Installation guide. - The "F27_ArmA_Launcher" software, to manage and launch your Arma mods easily (French software)
Yesterday, icemotoboy has posted several screenshots about his USEC C130 Hercules addons in the BIS Forums.
Big updates: Pictures description by order C130 flying on lean mixture (no trails) ----------- Major progress in pretty much all areas. I've remodelled the flaps to include the inner flaps. They are independently animated, and move backwards and angle downwards at the same time, to ensure the effect is similar to what I have seen when researching the C130. C130 getting ready for takeoff, notice the two sets of flaps deployed ----------- After no joy getting exhausts to work on the engines through the engine (appears to only work for vehicles and ships), I decided to script my own in. C130 with flaps down and engines at full power ----------- I have nearly finished my base textures, in grey USEC markings. I will be producing variants for camo and etc... if I have time but I won't let it hold up the release. I have Specular, Normal, and Detail mapping on the body. Detail shot showing rendering of engines and textures up close ----------- The cockpit is fully animated, I am modelling the gauges with as much attention to detail as I can (including rotating numbers in the altimeter). I will be rebaking it once I have finished modelling. I am animating all gauges that I am putting in the cockpit ----------- The cockpit provides great visibility, and I am hoping to have a rudimentary VOR/NAV script in place that allows you to place VORs and use them with the HSI I have put in. The navigator will have the ability to set this for the pilot. This may not be in for Alpha. The USEC C130 is going to be very much a multi-crew vehicle
