Bushlurker, Homer Johnston and Beton informed the community that they have released a beta v0.5 of their Summer Vegetation Pack on the BI Forums.
The intention behind this addon is to give the community a basis of summervegetation to use on chernarus or on custom islands so there is a quasi standard used by the map or missiondesigners which is accepted by hopefully many servers.
At the moment this addon replaces the complete vegetation of chernarus with a green summervegetation and is betaversion and not perfect. As you notice the satmap may need some adjustments, so if anybody is able and willing to contribute this would be great.
We are now waiting for comments and suggestions and will then proceed with tweaking everything to please as many people as possible. After that we will release two final versions. One replacementversion and one addonversion for use on custommaps which does not interfere with vanilla Arma2.
The addon consists of four selfexplaining pbo´s and the needed keys. Just put the files in the desired folder and use like any other addon

Our Teammember Old Bear published two screenshots on our forums of his work in progress Tropica, a new Clan ADO island.
Tropica is a large African map , started as a personnal test for Berghoff's African foliage addon.. On Tropica you can find mangroves areas and dry savana large areas.
At the moment, the map in Alpha state is playable and tested by the ADO Team members. Still in WIP state, it needs a lot of work and improvements.

RobertHammer released an update version of his RH MGS Weapon pack 1.2 on the BI-Forums.
If you want non-ace version use cfg from normal folder and don't use both cfg files in the same mod folder - normal and the ace's ,choose only one , that you want.

Icewindo has released his FIA/Resistance Units on the BI-Forums. This addon contains an ArmA2 remake of the OFP Resistance units which were mainly featured in Resistance and two characters of that campaign (Gabriel, Victor Troska).

Shezan74 has released an updated final Fence Generator 1.2 version on the BI Forums.
Here the Fence Generator 1.2 main features:
Main features: - Load and save projects, including background bitmaps, objects templates and items placed. - Automatic import of new template objects when found in other user's works - Export and import of template objects for community sharing - Placement position relocation to attach to existing objects and make T patterns - Placement position relocation to start separate structures virtually in every place of the map - Ghost objects - Template item substitution allow the map maker to change on the fly the item type to reflect changes on island artificial/natural object naming conventions (ca\building\misc\house to house\red_house for example) - Complete control on item templates. Everything you made on templates, to reflect your needs, will not be saved until you press Templates -> Save on top menu. - Actual in-memory template will be saved on your map.
