Royal-Killer has released version 1.0 of the fArmA 2 Minigames on the BI-Forums. This version contains 4 mini-games and a bonus mission. All minigames are simple and are meant to be a “Singleplayer random fun†minigames.
As said on the April fools joke:
“4 WORLD EXCLUSIVE TARGET SCREENSHOTS ATTACHED. NOTE THAT THESE SCREENSHOTS ARE HEAVILY EDITED, RETOUCHED AND THE FINISHED GAME WILL LOOK MUCH MUCH WORSE ON YOUR COMPUTERâ€
And this is the result. This minigames doesn’t require any modification, neither addons or another stuff.
Version 1.0:
This version contains 4 mini-games and a bonus mission. All minigames are simple and are meant to be a “Singleplayer random fun†minigames. More minigames will be released soon.
Enjoy all minigames and don’t post any spoiler about the bonus mission. If not then the cow will be angry with you.

Marseille77 has released new versions of his NVA Pack v1.4 and the German Civil Pack v1.3 on the BI-Forums.
NVA Pack 1.4
Today I release the new version who only need the full P85 to play. It is an additional pack for fans of the East German Army.
This Pack contain East German vehicles of the National Peoples Army of the GDR in olive and 3-color camo tone (who was introduced in 1988). Then it contain two officers (one Army and one Navy Officer).
The German Civil Pack - who contains following old Addons:

CimaleX has informed us about new developments from the Quesh-Kibrul Iranian crisis.
Breaking news from the Strait of Hormuz :
Again the tension rises in the already troubled archipelago of Quesh-Kibrul, the islands that are in the cross-hair of aggressive Iranian military exercises during recent days; a few hours ago, while Arabian league leaders where at a meeting in Dubai, an Iranian navy Mi-8 crashed over the north east side of the main island, killing all four on board.
According to the Iranian navy spokesman the helicopter got lost during a night flight and crashed over a hill after mechanical failure, but the QKDF (Quesh Kibrul Defence Forces) chief of staff have declared that the chopper have been shot down during daylight by an Avenger AAA unit after it had repeatedly violated the Emirate airspace, and was performing aggressive manoeuvres over QKDF sensible installations.

In Dubai the Arabian league leaders have made an attempt to solve peacefully the tense situation around the Quesh-Kibrul archipelago, but the president of Iran said at press conference that will be no compromise with the US and their allies, and the Quesh-Kibrul Emirate might send out all foreign troops that are mining peace and stability in the region of the Middle East.
Meanwhile the naval blockade of the islands continues despite Iranian claims that the measure is temporarily, and only for exercise and safety purposes; today a couple of Japanese oil tankers trying to get out the Strait of Hormuz have been intercepted by Iranian corvettes inside international waters and forced to get back.

The US secretary of state appointed that Iranian claims and aggressive behaviour against the tiny Emirate have only the aim of "showing the force" to other Persian Gulf neighbours and try to mitigate the recently applied UN sanctions against the Iranian republic for its efforts in developing nuclear weapons.
US-Centcom high ranks declared that even outnumbered, US and Coalition forces in the islands could easily manage an Iranian attempt of invasion, relying on superior intelligence and technology, but one wonders how, with only a handful of MQ-9 Reapers and no more than 6 - 8 UH-60 and AH-6 choppers, and a single reinforced infantry battalion on strength.

CheyenneAh56 has informed us he has released 2 SP Missions featuring the French Hexagon units, weapons and vehicles.
The first one : French SecOp
Same scenario as on Chernarus SecOp, but with a French blend, many enhancements added.
With the aim of maintaining an already unstable peace, the French troops were deployed on the Chernarussian territory to support the US Marines missions.
Take part in the conflict, by leading a French recon team, supported by of numerous units.
The second one : Civilian Assistance
A new mission type where you are at a French SA-330 Puma controls, in an humanitarian mission on Chernarus territory.
Edit June 20 :Civilian AssistanceUpdated version released. Now you can ask for a Tiger chopper support if needed.

Snake Man has send us the first PMC release for ArmA2. The "AGS Buildings v1.3", the "PMC AGS Industrial v1.3" and the "PMC AGS Port v1.3". This addons are ported from OFP by AGS to Armed Assault and now available for ArmA2.

IceBreakr has released his Lingor jungle island on the BI Forums. Isla Duala v1.6 is needed. Thx to Enad for the great screenshots!
Ok, since I'll be gone till Monday, here's a small demo (beta 0.1) version of Lingor so you can preview the map and give feedback while I'm gone
Beware: all settlements are temporary and will be replaced. Many stuff with be changed with each beta release.
Required addons: Duala v1.6 (install, but overwrite old berghoff brg_africa files .pbo and .bisign!) - unpack folder with duala files.

CimaleX has informed us about the release of his Project 85 Mini-Mission Pack
During 1985 the USSR changed management, going from conservative communists presidents Mr. Brezhnev and Andropov to the more liberal reformer Mr. Mikhail Gorbachev, but despite the good intentions and positive feedback from the western countries, the job of prime minister is at the center of strong domestic opposition, especially from those responsible for defense and the Red Army.
The economies of European and NATO countries are growing significantly, while the countries of the Comecon and the USSR itself instead are subject to a very serious economic situation, resulting in social unrest in East Germany, Czechoslovakia and Poland where people are harshly repressed by the respective police regimes.
Taking advantage of the relative weakness of the leader Gorbachev, some politicians and conservative military dissidents agree to hold foment unrest by allowing Red Army generals to invade the independent Malden Islands in the Baltic Sea, and the islands of Sbrodj and Podagorsk found off the coast of Poland but administered by NATO countries.
Now NATO is committed to manage a situation of cold war suddenly became very hot in the north with the Malden islands (Operations managed by U.S. forces) and in the south with the islands of Podagorsk and Sbrodj (Operations managed by the NATO Rapid Reaction Force).
1 - First Round - Coupling Red Army rogue generals operations in the Malden islands, another Warsaw pact high rank launches an armored strike against the island of Sbrodj, administrated by West Germany and Denmark. NATO RRF is called to intervene with a heavy armed unit of british airborne troops of 2-Para, veterans of the Falklands war.
2 - Lumberjack Hill - NATO RRF launches a retaliatory strike againts the East Germany administred part of Podagorsk, the operations is poorly managed and soon the striking West German forces are pinned down by Soviet artillery on the quote called "Lumberjack Hill".
A US special forces team is sent to the island with the task of recovering from the nasty situation, seizing the coastline village of Protvino and finally the strategical Lumberjack Hill with its soviet artillery FOB
3 - Operation Hammerhead - Another soviet D-30 artillery stronghold with annexed radar and comms equipment have been spotted in a dense forested area of Padagorks island, this time the task is given to a USMC recce unit (Team Anglico of 1st MEU) that will be airlifted behind the enemy lines, and will have to find its own way to the target and to the final escape.
For this mission pack is necessary Vilas P85 pack full with RKSL Core system plus Puma and Lynx choppers, Podagorsk and Sbrodj islands, mission made with ArmA2 v.1.05.

W0lle from Cold War Rearmed Mod has informed us about the release of the CWR² Desert Island . The archive features 2 coop missions : Co04_BadMoonRising_RU and Co12_JustDesert and a TvT : CTF08_RealPaintball.
It might be nothing big, it might be boring as well but with some creativity and in the hands of talented people I'm sure this can become useful.
It's the place every old (and new) OFP player knows by heart. It's the place every OFP addon in history has seen, it's also the place where many PvP missions like "Hexenkessel" and "Tequila Sunset" took place somewhere in the past 9 years.

CimaleX has informed us about the release of an SBP unofficial mission : Operation Panther's Rage.
Live from Duala Island: Operation Panther' rage is going to start after the peacekeeping mission in Duala Island have deteriorated.
A Slovenian special unit under NATO command is going to be sent into battle against Molatian rebels.
The target is the strategical base of Camp Noobia in Duala island.
The Afrenian government forces allied with NATO and U.N. have been defeated some months ago by Molatian forces after a few weeks of bloody guerrilla. Today, after the succesful seize of minor offshore islands by NATO forces with a large scale airborne assault, NATO has established a stronghold, and started the second phase of the plan (according to a U.N. resolution voted despite russian and chinese veto), arming and renewing a more modern and better trained Regular Afrene army. Several land and air units will be participating in this attack that will be lead by elements of Slovenian 5th Reconnaissance and Intelligence Battalion while USMC SpecOps squads will shadow their moves during the entire operation.
