so as many users did, I already managed to konvert the old arma1-islands to arma2.
but I've been working on konverting avgani to arma2 ( personal use only ) for 3 days now ( I'm not that experienced in editing though ), and it won't work whatever I try.
any suggestions?

OMG. they made radio even worst. I have downloaded ArmA2 and tested it. Don't see anything special exept lagging on my computer. Maybe I can ansver some questions or tell more about it.
My specs:
Intel Celeron D 3.1 Ghz
ATI Radeon HD 4670 1Gb
1024+512 Mb RAM
And that ragdoll like thing works only on soldiers.
(yeah. community sure does better :))

BiS isn't focusing on sounds, look at Arma2 videos the A10 cannon is so far from how terryfing it sounds in real life, all explosions sound the same ect ect ...
Community can do much better than BiS, and always does. :)

Sweet, its a nice island, so i really see forward to play on this one. Too bad we dont have the editing tools for all the new features for textures etc.. yet .. But keep it comin' ! :)
