true only weapons metal airplanes and stuff should shine, though I dont mind it that much. I hope you will be able to turn bloom/hdr off. overall I'am really hoping for a performance improve, there was something they did in arma2 that compleetly ruined the performance, arma1 I could play on highest settings with constantly 25-60fps, arma2 went from 10-40.

nice but always too much shiny, take a look at the wood ladder in the picture 8. this is crazy, wood can't reflect sun like that. why they don't want to modify the hdr stuff?

Looks awesome, FINALLY the Chinook again, I missed that since OFP! I do agree with Luke though, Id prefer it to be an attachment of ArmA2 instead of a stand of lone or having to launch it seperately from ArmA2 to play it!

This Pics looking real great cant wait to buy it, dosent matter the price the only thing I extreame hope is that this expantion is compatible to arma2 and works together with it so If I connect to our linux clan server ( if there is coming out one day a version what I hope as well soon) I would like to chose if I play arma2 islands and missions or the new installed expantion maps and addons. Not that we have to host at the end 2 servers.
Great job BIS. I just wished you would bring out befor our long wished dedi Linux server version for arma2.

Well I just hope that it will be more Resistance-like and not QG, because QG wasn't one of those must have expansions, if you know what I mean
