What are the changes in v1.3?
Editor names in English by any chance?

I am taking an error when I load this mod: No entry 'binconfig.bin/CfgVehicles/Soldier.scope' I get it on the main menu, and every time I go to add a unit in the editor. Other than that, it looks great, exactly what I needed :)
