VDV uses AKs with folding buttstocks (AKMSes, AKS-74s and AK-74Ms). Also AKS-74Us are issued only to BMP, BTR and tank crews as well as to grenade launcher operators. UB version never was in wide use and, of course, not in VDV. Reconaissance may use AKM with PBS1 though.
