  PedagneMOD upcoming ! Screenshots    
Arremba San Zorzo from the Pedagne Mod has informed us about the release of WIP screen shots of vehicles and units from the upcoming mod featuring Italian Army. Here are pics showing Italian A129 and NH90 choppers, Freccia, Puma-c27, VCC1, Lince vehicles, and soldier.

I'm proud to announce that around 30 April, the PedagneMOD will be release in beta version for ARMA 2 and ARMA.
The release will contains in the menù list:
around 320 soldiers, 80 wheeled vehicles, 30 tracked vehicles and around 35 air vehicles.
The release in beta version needed for the high number of units. So, i and the guys that are collaborating in beta testing have decided to
release the MOD, confiding in a high feedback from the users to solve the last bugs and give a better product with further scripts and
user actions.

Canis lupus has released new Post-Apocalypse mod WIP screenshots on the BI Forums.

last few days progress
added some more details on the units
the first female model the head is working so now I can start working on a propper body for them they don't fit in the the standard ones
the first civilian is done.. this is one doing good, I'll make some that has found good clothing and such and some similar to the wasteland warriors.. nomad style or something like that. ...

  ConceptX video - Myke Screenshots    
Myke released a concept video of his latest work on the BI Forums.

For my work on the update on the Missilebox and related to this, to the IAWS (hopefully coming up which will be useful for the enduser), i did some research about dynamically add/remove weaponracks to planes hardpoints. Tests run well and the end result shows that it should be possible to raise the loadout flexibility to about 300% (rough guess).

I know it looks really ugly and is also out of scale and placements aren't 100% accurate. I was more about testing functionality than polishing it for perfect represantation. Please note how the weaponracks changes on changing weapon loadout.

  Operation Eagles Talon - Sp/Coop Mission Mission release    

Jeza informed us on our forums that he released a Singleplayer/Coop Mission called Operation Eagles Talon.

Hi Guys. Here's another mission from myself, should take you a couple of hours I hope, 5-6 playable units so good for SP or Coop. In short your an SF team doing all the dirty work while the US Invasion of Chernarus is happening around you. Implamented few scripts. (There's an error with one script at the start but it doesnt cause any issues)

Objectives:
- Eject and Land at Rally-Point Charlie
- Destroy 3 AA's on Air strip
- Link up with Stryker Unit and take Story Sobor
- Reach O.P. and use map to call in AirStrike
- Help US strucks through 'I.e.d.' Valley
- With all elements air and land take control of City to Complete

  Shotgun Rifle Pack - WIP Screenshots    
Christian.1987 released several new screenshots of his upcoming Shotgun Rifle Pack.

The completion of the Shotgun Rifle Projects getting closer.

Plan to Release in ~2-3 Weeks. The content of all weapons in this pack will also remain secret, more info´s and Pics coming soon.

Can someone please help me with creation of a shotgun ammo, also "class CfgAmmo" & "class CfgMagazines". I have not reference material for a Shotgun Ammo.

PS.: This is not the Hand-Anim for the SPAS, Whe make a new Anim

  FIA/Resistance Units Update Addon release    
Icewindo informed us all that he released a new version of his FIA/Resistance Units.

Update:

- Removed vests/replaced with camo pattern and adjusted models to be closer to OFP
- Adjusted Troska and Gabe faces to use ArmA2 heads at a small cost of resemblance to the OFP faces, but animations will work now
- Added Quick guba appearence (would need his own face model for closer resemblance)
- Removed hats from standard soldiers etc. and replaced with caps to be closer to OFP (cap models by Johannes, thanks for his permission)

  Iranian Forces Mod - WIP Screenshots    
YorT informed the community that he started a new mod called Iranian Forces Mod, and released some info and screenshots.

Mod is progressing, but still aways off, inclusions so far will be:
- 23rd Commando Division - Elites
- 77th Infantry Division - Regulars
- 64th Infantry Division - Non Proffesional soldiers (conscripts)

Armor
- T-72S, T-47M - reskinned BIS T-34, BMP2, BTR60

Air
- AH-1J, Mi-17 and Shabaviz 2061

Weapons
- KL-7.62, HK3A6 (provided by Vilas), Saegheh Anti Tank

  Community Made Addon: Mi-28 Addon release    
zGuba released a new updated version of their Mi-28 on the Dev-Heaven.net website.

- improved ACE2 compatibility (f.e. Ataka missile guidance and ballistic computer)
- improved animations
- improved sound effects
- windows can be shot out
- pilot can see gunner's optics view anytime

Still to do:
- cockpits,
- wreck,
- fine tuning.

  Urban Patrol Script Mon v5.0.6 released Addon release    
Monsada informed us about the release of an updated UPSMON v5.0.6 script.

Added:
- Parameter "RESPAWN" for alowing respawn UPSMON squads when all are dead "aware","combat","stealth" and "careless" added as a parameter so you can define default behaviour of squad
- Added AI stuff for water
- AI aware if find dead bodies
- Added fixed positions for reinforcement squads, those squads that have a reinforcement ID can be set reinforcement position by seting KRON_UPS_reinforcement"x"_pos = position; sample reinforcement: http://dev-heaven.net/projects/upsmo.../Reinforcement
- Added Artillery module: http://dev-heaven.net/projects/upsmo...tillery_module

Modified:
- Solved bug in SPAWNED that not refreshed correctly army counters

- Detected bug with VEE formation, some times AI don't change vehaviour, changed to wedge
- Folder estructure modified to gather upsmon scripts this will no affect already missions.
- Improved AI response under Supress fire in combat situation
- Avoid hurt soldiers than can not stand to get in vehicles and buildings
- Avoid to patrol in damaged buildings
- avoid bugged clases such as "BIS_alice_emptydoor";
- AI try to get in combat vehicles
- Performance optimization.
- Realistic reaction of squads depending on distance to target

Mandoble released a new version v2.4b6 of his Mando Missile ArmA on the BI Forums.

Changes in v2.4b6

Fixed: HUD was lost after loading a saved game where the HUD was active
Fixed: Gunship support console mission was spawning both choppers in the group in opposite directions
Fixed: MMA Air Support Console Laser support planes were emitting a radar on sound
Changed: Missile parameters for TOW, now it is more docile in vertical plane maneouvers
Added: MMA Air Support Console cameras for gunship and CAP wingmen planes and choppers
Added: MMA actions are now coloured for better identification
Added: Better accuracy for automatic free fall bombing
Added: TOW (manually guidance) for AH1Z as well as TOW rearming configuration
Added: ACE Setup new systems (thanks to Cyborg11)
ACE flares off if MMA ACE Setup is present in the mission

  Addon Sync 2009 V1.0.56 released Addon release    
Yoma informed the community on the BI Forums that he released a new updated version V1.0.56 of his Addon Sync 2009.

- Bug #9815: Program minimizes even if game is not launched.
- Bug #9856: Teamspeak 3 port doesn't accept 5 digit port numbers
- Bug #9901: Connect with equal Mods button not working in current version
- Feature #6940: Message of the day box on download window.
- Server admins can set their own custom message on the download screen. Handy for advertising server events, rules, blabla.
- Feature #9926: Switch automatically to the download tab for a download only server.
- Feature #9935: Enhanced the default servers page a bit (automatically open the server after import)
- This will make it easier for newcomers to add a server from the default list. Instead of manually having to open the favorites list, the server detail screen opens directly on the download screen.
- Feature #9936: 'guess mod string' button: clear previous modstring before guessing.
