  An update for Franze's F/A-18E/F Super Hornet Addon release    
Franze has released a 0.25 update of his F/A-18E/F Super Hornet addon on the BI Forums.

Beta 0.25 changelog
- Numerous minor bug fixes.
- New Over-G feature: pull over 7.5Gs for too long and risk damage, pull over 9Gs for too long and risk extreme damage.
- Modified arming menu GUI to include new weapon info selection and pre-selected loadouts.
- Introduced scripts to place pre-selected weaponry on aircraft.

  Apocalyse by agamoth Addon release    



agamoth has release a new version of his Resistance units addons on the BI Forums. But now this addon is changing, featuring post-apocalyptic units, and a full Apocalyse Mod is now to come !

The Resistance units has been turned into a post-apocalypse mod now and there will much more to it from here on... before I get on with that here's the last beta of the units so you don't have to wait too long to try out the newest additions.
Still didn't fix the small arms fire and still no bloodtextures for some reason I just can't get them to work no matter what I do.

So about the Post-Apocalypse mod:
after an apocalyptic event survivours strugle to keep alive agains both mutations, other survivours and the New Order wich is the only well organized goup left, they had acces to weapons and equipment enough to make a small army and thats what they have done...
they are cruel and takes whatever they will, untill the other survivours had enough and start fighting back.

  H&K MP5 + H&K MP5 SD and BIA Serbian secret police unit Addon release    
General_NS has sent us two new addons, his H&K MP5 + H&K MP5 SD and BIA Serbian secret police unit. The first pack contains two weapons, H&K MP5 and H&K MP5 with silencer, two briefcase, one with H&K MP5, second with H&K MP5 SD. The second pack features the BIA (Bezbedonosn-Informativna Agencia) Serbian secret police unit.

Running Prey to Ground

The SLA is running like a crack addict on COPS. Everywhere we push, they give way. We’re already setting up a US base in Tandago—which is north of their capital—and from there we’re heading to Eponia. At that point, we’ll have all of Bagango surrounded.

You might think that Torres would surrender then. That’s the hope at least. I don’t know though. That would mean he’s a lot smarter than he’s seemed so far.

  Boeing 737-800 from FSX Videos    
Tomek (The one that was working on a V-22 Osprey for Operation Flashpoint a few year ago) has shown us a video of a Boeing 737-800 imported from Microsoft Flight Simulator X.



In this video you can see high resolution 3d cockpit (there are zooms so don't worry about YouTube videos quality) with all buttons and textures. This plane is looking very nice with some other liverys too. When I will get permission from Microsoft to relase free for all add-on for ArmA imported from FSX, then I will start working on it.
I have plans about importing another planes from FSX like Boeing 747-400 (yes, jumbojet) or Bombardier CRJ700. I just took few hours of free time to convert it but I have matura exams very soon so now I can't waste my time and that's why I will start working on 737 in june.
As you can see in the video, I will need some help for making autopilot scripts, clickable cockpit buttons that I have little idea for, and some additional animations.

  FFN config replacement updated once again ! Addon release    
william1 has again updated the FFN config replacement and has released it on the BI Forums.

-integrated all fixes into the replacement so only one pbo is needed

Today, I found something I thought I had lost a long time ago.

I was tiding up my lil’ house, when I came across this old heavily crumpled photo of my first operation on Kolguev during the ‘85 Malden Crisis. The operation was a simple task - destroy several Shilkas under the cover of night (so our friends from airborne could paradrop on this tiny island), then provide some help to the local resistance, assist our advancing troops, kill Guba and silently withdraw. Sound easy, eh?

When I look at this photo I can remember each detail - the cold steel of my M16, the hissing of my friend’s silenced SMG and sounds of remote vehicle movements. If you ask me - I was pretty scared back in those days. Soldiers should be fearless - you may say, but it’s hard to stay unruffled in the center of this rebellious red storm. At least Malden and Everon were freed. ...

  Extemded Init Eventhandlers (XEH) updated Addon release    
Solus and Killswitch updated their extended init eventhandler addon and released the stable version 1.7 on the BI Forums.

(The problem was that the XEH system doesn't work with class Static. Removing XEH from that base class stopped the crashing problems)

when resuming saved games.
