Conversion adds Russian voices for OPFOR in standard ArmA radio report.
All voices BLUEFOR and RACS are kept by the English.
It was not tested in MP.
All voices are taken from OFP addon VoiceRH. Authorship, possibly, Timamas.
Because in Arma there are more words than was in OFP, some words are absent.

Lack of my decision of a problem of division of voices, are, first of all - restriction on 2 sides, and the second - necessity to leave game for change of the side with OPFOR on BLUEFOR.
The side is underlined in a file @RADtaside.hpp in folder Dta this addon.
The folder a mod should have a name @RA.
It is not compatible with Extended Voice Addon.
Some words are absent.
It was not tested in MP.
Bikey is absent.
Attention!

By default the player speaks Russian.

For change of a voice of the player with English, it is necessary to add the comment by the line #define,
