  F2F Air Loadout Selector System by [F2F] SKYNET ... updated Screenshots    
[F2F] SKYNET has released an updated F2F Air Loadout Selector System v2.0 script on the BI Forums.

The F2F Air Loadout Selector System is a script which enables a variety of bomb and missile loadouts for ArmA 2 (A2/A2OA/A2CO) aircraft. Currently, A.L.S.S. is compatible (Not required) with GLTmissilebox.

  JSRS Update 1.4.2 released Screenshots    

LordJarhead has released a JSRS Update 1.4.2 on the BI Forums.

JSRS 1.4 AND Update 1.4.1 are required. Install JSRS 1.4 first, then update 1.4.1 and then 1.4.2!

I can finally present the update for JSRS in version 1.4.2. The Mainthings are:

Changelog 1.4.2
Spoiler:
• Changed: Volume of all radomly played SFX sounds
• Changed: Increased volume of some stereo environment sounds
• Changed: Reworked all distance weapon sounds for more life like sounding
• Changed: Increased distance for distance weapon sounds
• Changed: Reworked the sounds of passing or moving through brunches
• Changed: Increased distance for distance helicopter sounds
• Changed: Deleted annoying dog and chicken sounds
• Added: Added an script entry for automatic vehicle spawning (dummy vehicle)
• Added: Added new Script: dummy_vehicle.sqf
• Changed: The allowable distance for distancesounds was further restricted! (More Performance)
• Changed: The #particlesource will be deleted after the sound has been played (no memory leak anymore)
• Added: Soldier hit sounds, soldiers screaming and hurt sounds
• Added: Optional weapon sounds for testing. These are just to serve my own taste!!!!!!!!!!

* This mean, you dont have to put an vehicle on the map anymore! The script will add an invisible vehicle by itself (thanks to psycho). Also there is no memory leak anymore, so more smooth gameplay after serveral minutes of firefights.

  Iron Front - Liberation 1944 new screenshots! Screenshots    


Deepsilver has released 5 new in-game screenshots of Iron Front: Liberation 1944 and added the renders of the German "Junkers Ju-87 Stuka" and the Russian "Petljakow Pe-2".

Some rumors reported that the game won't be released until spring 2012!!

  Spetsnaz GRU by Colonel Stagler [CO] Screenshots    
Colonel Stagler has released a Stagler's Spetsnaz GRU v1.0 addon on the BI Forums. Requires ARMA 2 Combined Operations.

I finally finished v1.0 of my Spetsnaz GRU addon after about 1 year of failed works in progress.
I made these first for personal use and for TF86 but they werent used so i carried on working on them for public release.
I originally intended these to be like the BIS MVD but I took a different path halfway through development.
I recieved alot of help from the lads at The Red Fox Studios and some models from W0lle and took these in the direction that resulted in this end state.

v1.0 Features
- Overall the look and feel of these units is that of a conventional military spetsnaz team, not MVD or FSB. (I may add heavier MVD style units later on)
- 6 kinds of Operators wearing Gorka D: Teamleader, Scout, Marksman, Assaultman, Medic, & Operator (Under Men).
- 6 kinds of Operators wearing Gorka E Digital Flora: Teamleader, Scout, Marksman, Assaultman, Medic, & Operator(Under Men (Woodland)).
- OA features compatible: Backpacks etc (OA thermal textures will come in a later update).
- Equipped with BIS AKS-74s (Different weapons configs will come in a later update, or just use "this addweapon "x"" ).
- New flora balaclava head which is used by some of the units

shay_gmanhas released a Mission Control Center Sandbox (MCC Sandbox) version (SP/MP Vanila/ACE) addon on the BI Forums.

So what is MCC Sandbox exactly?
It is freedom. In this 2MB addon you'll find the power to create, control, alter and spice your missions on the run. You'll have the power to change and surprise your friends every time you'll play. You can use it a mainframe for mission making, as a strain test tool for mission making or even as a cheat tool for SP.

You'll get a 3D editor, box generator, time control, weather control, fog control, you'll spawn enemy or friendly units asking them to patrol a zone or ambush the players, you'll call for paratroops, create IED, suicide bombers, hostile civilians, place ambushes, call a UAV, a ULB, place a hostage, call for more then 10 types of artillery and CAS missions to aid your friend or to harm them, create triggers, play music or sound, create briefings, tasks, markers, spawn an LHD , spawn some vehicles on it, call for evac, start a HALO and much much much more. You'll be able to save it and load it on later on the run.

As Spirit put it in his own words:
MCC is a dynamic, real time, in-game mission-creation tool. It enables people to build missions on-the-fly whilst in game and change mission parameters to match the reactions of progress of the players.
MCC is capable of "saving" a mission and load it up on the server without using any FTP but by simple use of the clipboard. This means missions can be created out of the dedicated server and loaded up to play.
From inside the mission, you can open a mission making interface that allows you place units on the map, create waypoints and briefing markers, call in CAS missions, artillery, support or whatever you feel like, the possibilities are endless.
MCC is used to create both Coop and PVP missions. Its capable of using respawn on and off, including providing a spectator script.

MCC makes use of a mission maker. Only one person at a time is capable of creating or interfering with the mission by login in to the mission making tool. That person is also capable of logging out again and giving somebody else a go on mission making. That way you don't need to distribute admin access for players to make or manage their missions.

  CDF Modern desert units WIP by sapper_PMS Screenshots    
sapper_PMS has informed us about his CDF Modern desert units WIP on our Forums.

I am actually working on modern units of cdf for OA. Now i´ve got few soldiers in digital desert camo and 2 hips. One in dusty desert camo and second in digital desert camo. The weapons of infantry should be like weapons used by ACR or OS SR (slovakian armed forces). It means primary weapon should be Sa vz. 58 (i am working on clear version, any camo) or G-36, antitank weapon RPG-18, RPG-7 and for AT specialist MAAWS. For sniper i want use TheSun´s AWM but i am still waiting for his answer.

The truth is that Operation Arrowhead was just 3 years after war on Chernarus. It means that chernarussian modernized army is first time in war conflict after war in their country. So their newed newed helicopters, vehicles, etc.. shouldn´t be looking so worn. That´s the reason why is that Mi-8 without any scratches holes from bullets, rust and dirt.

IkĺR from the HEXAgon Team has released WIP picture of the upcoming French Army Mod on the HEXAgon site.

FIXED: Nosegear wheel tread is gray instead of "sticky flat" black.
FIXED: * Gun Port should be metalic and differ darker than surrounding pain scheme.
ADDED: Royal Australian Air Force No. 1 Squadron (had to have some Aussie's in this mod) (Thanks to tromac for the Aussie textures!!)

  Iron Front - Liberation 1944 new screenshots!! Screenshots    


The game Iron Front-Liberation 1944, a production of Deepsilver und X11 Software, is this week representet at the gamescom Köln, too.

For this event, Deepsilver released some new screenshots of the WWII shooter, which is a mix of action and strategy.

The screenshots are showing the heat of the battlfield and the wonderful graphic and effects. Now we can see the tanks and a Pe-2 Heavy Fighter more detailed.

Just watch the screens and enjoy!
