zGuba has released a translation of ArmA for 1.09b on the BI Forums.
WARNING! Dedicated only for Polish users, others may suffer from messed up codepage.
This addon is dedicated to Polish ArmA players, and other players don't even have to know about it.
It's not ideal (due to different codepage handling in UI and missions (?) lost some specific Polish letters in some cases). However I currently can't play without this one.
Modification contains 1.09 beta's modified bin.pbo and language.pbo files. You can't use it in ArmA versions other than 1.09 beta.
