Bohemia Interactive released a language pack for Take On Helicopters, which added the languages German, French, Italian and Spanish, so you can choose the language of ToH.
Here is the download link for it: Language Pack
So far, there is coming the first DLC for Take On Helicopters on the 15th of March, that will cost 12.99 €.
It is called "Take On Helicopters: Hinds" and includes following:
-Mil Mi-24 V
-Mi-24 P
-Mi-35 Super Hind
-new singleplayer challenges
-5 time trials and
-a new competitive multiplayer scenario
