The situation in Utes is coming to a boiling point. Informants in the NSA have provided us with intel of a meeting between Russia's high ranking general Dmitry Medvedev and the mob syndicate boss Oleg Liakhovich.
They are meeting to discuss the sale of a stolen U.S. UAV. We have been given the go ahead by Russian brass and U.S black ops to implement operation Dead Kings. Eliminate both men and destroy the UAV so it does not fall in to the wrong hands"
