Sorry for being not precise; by writing 'personal use' I meant that the retexture is something done for pure amusement and private use only; not with intentions of releasing it...
Of course the addon itself is not mine; and NO - I did not get it earlier; grabbed it once it was out officialy

This IS Sarmat's addon and Jarek just retextured it for personal use. No doubt that it wasn't done on purpose, as he just wanted to say that it (retexture) is something he did for himself only.
However, he should be more careful in the future, as such controversible situations aren't good - it really pisses you off, when somebody thinks, that you wasn't a creator, but instead some other man was.

If I remember correctly topas posted the screenshot before SMERSH's An-2 release.
I don't know how he got it, but it was before your addon.
