Kju, I know you cant direct copy the face files from OFP to ArmA, but I had created a ArmA Viktor Troska face in a dirty GIMP job in 10 minutes (well I could do it, so it must not have been that complicated :p) , when I tried to convert the campaign myself, it looked pretty nice, so I might give it another try.

You cannot simply convert the faces.
It is a very complicated process. I think CWR will do it. So best wait for their release.

Too bad there's no face pack (yet?).
I read something about it at the wiki, but it gave no link and there's none at the server.
To play the old campaigns in ArmA without the right faces but with nice graphics or play with faces and weaker graphics... hm... sorry, but I will prefer the OFP version as something as small as a face *.paa file can make a huge difference in the atmosphere.
