Some times ago, I created a Macross / Robotech addon (Wrongly named "Robotech Vf-1S", I know, I know smile.gif) on ArmA. I had lots of demands of fans to port this mod on ArmA2... but less time to do that... until now
Kju has informed us about Tenth release of A&S ProMode (2011-03-08).
Smaller update that makes AI work more along the game mode and adds some additional modsets. Feel free to suggest changes to the modsets or new ones you want to see.

I thought something was missing in ArmA2, like a minigun you could carry. I only tried this weapon in the editor, against trees and I felt really good.. so if someone makes a mission with a lot of targets, please share

Anders has released a sound mod for ArmA 2 in the BI Forums with both 'vanilla' and ACE compatible versions available.
Hey all. This is my first release in public for any BIS game. I've done many "hobby" projects for my own, but now I thought it's time to show you what I can do.
I'm a designengineer (still working at a warehouse though) with many hobbies like music, sports etc. But I'm extra interested in the making of sounds for movies and games. I have recorded real military weapons in Sweden with great quality, despite it was my first time doing that. So next time I'm all set for what settings I'm gonna use out in the field to get the most out the weapons. I have some of those real recorded weapons in this soundpack.
I've "borrowed" sounds from vo.2 like jetsounds, explosions. Special thx to him!
What I've done is sounds for:
* All handheld weapons with different reloadsounds * Environment sounds, (sea, wind, naturesounds.) * All movementsounds including bodyfall sounds. * All explosions, Bullethits. * Vehicleweapons.
If you find a bug or a sound that doesn't play, plz give me all feedback you have cause this is not the final release! I suck at configs and would like all the help I can get! I did some config for the ACE Glock18, but when selecting that gun it ended up with the game crashing. The config for the other ACE weapons worked great!

Surprised no ones done this one earlier. Its just a re-tex cause I cant model at all so if you want a proper one then make one Includes a Desert and Woodland pilot. Found in BAF/Air and BAF/Men, classnames in the read me
granQ has released an Swedish Forces Pack Hotfixed 1.2 mod version on the BI Forums.
It didn't feel that long time ago but I guess its been, sorry for the delay. Since the first public release (August 2010), we been constantly playing at Anrop.se and I am happy to say that we feel the 2015 scenario addons is fully playable at this stage. Some addons requires and will get more work, but it should be enough to keep people happy and enjoy the mod. So now its time to share the updated 2015, but as a bonus we will throw in the "second part" of the mod, the 1981 cold war scenario. Based on the submarine U-137 that went aground out a Swedish naval base 1981 our aim is to fcous on what would had happend if the Soviet decided to take it back with force.
One island is included which we are far from completed, but its also a "call for help", we hope someone will download it, get inspired and join our crew. We really need someone thats skilled with making the satelite/mask mapping for the ground textures. The placement, missions we can do.
Including (2015 scenario):
* 2 Aircrafts, Saab JAS 39 Griffin and the Saab 105 in a "counter insurgency" configuration. * 2 helicopters, the NH 90 and the A109. * Swedish version of the famous Leopard 2 tank and the Swedish Cv 90 IFV. * The Xa-203 wheeled APC. * The RGM 32 patrol vehicle. * Soldiers in desert, woodland and winter uniforms. * Several weapons. * Combat boat 90 and the HMS Visby Corvette
