Kumusta ka Kodiak, well my wife is from Mindanao too. Don't worry, we will make a whole bunch of vehicles including planes and ships.
Just look at the topic in the BIS forums and you can see some of the things in development.

My wife is a philippina and she is from Mindanao.
I hope they make more than only this. If I remember well they also had add-ons for Operation Flashpoint. Looking forward to it!
