Bence, ColonelWell is a "standalone" addon creator and has no ties to the "unofficial stargate simulator" mod (stargateassault.net), which released the early Jaffa, stargate and ship pack so far, which was the point Frostman was adressing afaik.
Talking about him as a "leader" while he is working on his own might lead to misunderstandings, e.g. people thinking that Well worked on the gates, the jaffa,...

Well Colonel Well is the leader of the Stargate program in ArmA! That's why I think they are Asgard.
