DESCRIPTION
============

This collection of scripts is designed to enhance the vehicle explosions in ArmA. They
were written for easy of use, so even mission makers with limited scripting skills can
use them. Enjoy!

If you are a mission or addon maker and wish to include these scripts or any derivation
from them in your work, feel free to do so. I would appreciate it if you could give me
credit for the work I put into this, by adding my name to your readme file or in the
mission credits.

Anyone who wishes to host this script package may do so, under the condition that he
does not change the contents of the ZIP file, including this readme, in any way.



INSTALLATION
=============

- Copy the "MDXexploFX.sqf" file and the "MDXexploFX" folder into your mission folder
- Copy the "sound\MDXexploSFX" folder into your mission folder
- Copy the "description.ext" file or add the content to your existing one

The FX scripts can be used with any mission. No additional addons or coding is required.



USAGE
=====

Once the scripts are in your mission folder, you will still need to activate them for each
vehicle that you wish to use them on. This is very simple - just add the following line to
the vehicle's INIT field:

x = [this] execVM "MDXexploFX.sqf"

The script will automatically detect the type of vehicle and apply the appropriate explosion
effects. For a list of currently supported vehicle types, see the list of supported vehicles
below.

Additionally, you may want to force or allow complete annihilation of the vehicle when
it is destroyed. To do this, you must add another parameter to the INIT line, either "forceDestruct"
or "allowDestruct". See the following example:

x = [this,"forceDestruct"] execVM "MDXexploFX.sqf"

If no additional parameter is set, complete destruction is disabled by default.

More customization parameters will follow in the future.
