  Chilean Army Mod released Addon release    
fabiantronc released the first version of the Chilean Army Mod on the BIS Forums.

Hello Community.

I'm proud to present the Chilean modifcation of ArmA.
At this moment we are just newbie editing ArmA and the majority of thing are just re-textured addons made by BIS or the community.

  Ivan Buchta to be guest of next "Goodmorning Sahrani Show" Community    

Jerry Hopper has informed us that once again, Sahrani Radio will create an event with a new episode of the "Goodmorning Sahrani Show" : Inside ArmA2 with Jerry Hopper & Lord. J.Kingsley, Guest: Ivan Buchta lead designer ArmA2
As Jerry Hopper has announced on the BI Forums, he is asking the community to submit questions about Arma2, which will then be answered by Ivan during the show.

Fellow gamers!

Are you still wondering what ArmA2 will bring us? Well, we at SahraniRadio share these thoughts, and decided to shine some light in the darkness that's called 'ArmA2'

Today, i'm very honored to finally announce the confirmation on a interview with Ivan Buchta, better known as the lead designer of ArmA2.

We believe that Sahrani Radio is the voice of the community,and today i give you all the chance to participate.
We have setup a special 'answering machine' where you can record your question for Ivan.
You have maximal 20 seconds to ask your question, so keep it brief and to the point.
Try avoid questions like 'when will product or patch X be released?' as they most likely will not be asked for obvious reasons.
From all submitted questions, the Sahrani Radio staff will pick the most interesting ones and those will be asked and aired in the interview.

  F35 Lightning II - joint Strike Fighter Addon release    
Eble has released a F35 Lightning II - joint Strike Fighter Conversion of Footmunch's OFP addon by Southy on the BI Forums.

Versions:

US Airforce (dark grey)
US Navy (grey)
US Marines (light grey) (Vtol)
USAF Stealth - (internal weapons only)
RAF (light grey) (vtol)
RAAF (light grey) (vtol)

Features include:

- Afterburner, sonic boom and vapour, Special FX by Lethal edited by Gnat and further modified by the Project RACS Mod/Scars
- Multi weapon loadout:
4 x AGM-154 JSOW (external)
2 x GBU-32 JDAM(internal weapon bay)
4 x AIM-120D ASRAAM (2 x internal weapon bay, 2 x external wing mounted)- script work thanks to namman2
- 4 color schemes updated by eddyD ,Random unit numbers,Normal and specular textures
- Modified flight model including (VTOL) - (Thanks to Gnat for help with the VTOL animations)

  M90 Barrett .50cal Bolt Action rifles by Bigmike Addon release    
Bigmike has informed us he has released a new .50cal rifle. This one is a M90 Barrett .50cal Bolt Action rifle with an Aimpoint. To use this addon you must add weapon and ammo in the init line or use a script as I suggest it in the addon section.

This rifle is limited to 1 round in a clip which means this is for short and close range firing it has only a Aimpoint on it. The next update will have a Sniper scope on it
Each time you shoot you have to camber a new round! so make your shots count. This version is best to be used to knock out turrets on BDRMs and killing UAZ or Urals IN close range if your a Good Shooter you can kill stuff longer range its just not setup for mile long shooting right now.

  Real Style .50cal sniper rifles Pack by Bigmike Addon release    
Bigmike informed us about the release of his Real Style 50cal sniper rifles Pack. This addon update either .50cal sniper rifles WEST and EAST, it's no new models but an update for configuration weapon file in order to get more powerful rounds.

this addon will not replace any addon files it will override what weapon makes the M107 and the KSVK uses when it fires now it has a fully AP rounds which can take out almost any type of car truck or light tanks when I say light tanks I mean kick out its turrets moving parts then it cant ire at you!

Works on client or server side Not needed by all players when a user connects to s server running the mode it will automatic start sending correct ammo settings with out need the addon pbo will not override the clients pbo files.

  ECS Themis update released Addon release    

dengibtsschon from the ArmA ECS Team has released an ECS Themis update on the BI Forums.

Little update:
A new version of the Themis component (v1.0.1) has been released for compatibility with the Extended_Eventhandler addon v1.8
Note:
This update is required when running ECS with XEH v1.8, it is not necessary for XEH v1.7 or earlier versions.

  SJB Submachinegun Pack by Jackal326 Addon release    
Jackal326 (SJB) has informed us of the release of his long awaited SJB Submachinegun pack in the form of a public beta on the BI Forums. This pack is still a BETA, and may contain bugs, which should be posted on the BIS forums in the release thread.

VERSION HISTORY:
- Public BETA Version v1.0 (THIS RELEASE)
- ~65 Sub-Machineguns with more to come.

... the pack comes with a BETA preview of my Mercenary units, designed as "better" more filled out versions of the BIS QG Mercs. As a result, these Merc units will require Queen's Gambit, The Weapons DO NOT REQUIRE QUEEN'S GAMBIT, only the bonus mercs do.

  BwMod 0.2 Public Beta release Screenshots    
TeRpEnTiN from the BW Mod has released version 0.2 Beta of the BW Mod in the BIS Forums. The latest release now includes the Leopard 2A6 and Wiesel 2 Ozelot (made by Helifreak)

We've just released v 0.2, and again it's a beta version.
With especially hard work from Helifreak who spent the whole day working on his beloved Wiesel 2 Ozelot. We did not only fix a few bugs on the Leopard, but were also able to include the Ozelot itself in this release.

If you have the previous version installed, just overwrite the older files with the latest version.

  FFN MOD Beta 0.81 by TonyRanger released Addon release    
TonyRanger has informed us of the release of the long awaited 0.81 version of his FFN Mod. Here is the Mod featuring enhanced AI, 2 demos missions included.

FFN Means Fight For Nogova,it's base on a story about some mercenaries who come form Nogova.
This mod makes many changes to the gameplay of ArmA especially the AI. but I'm not mean do so,because my final goal is the FFN campaign and missions,I think the changes of gameplay is necessary for my future missions.
