From the way I see it put time and time again... most people don't realize that. You'd think BIS committed the greatest sin known to mankind. Or have I been reading the bashing wrong?
My only curiosity is the "in-depth storyline" they're pushing around now. I mean, it's a war simulator.. Often you don't see individual soldiers but the whole working together in a nameless mass. (Companies and the odd standout event aside) Then again... OFP was well done in the respect that it was an action movie and simulation in one... Meh, brain hurts. Wait and see approach has to be taken as always. Mainly looking for the fixes you won't see unless you're looking though. Integrated AI fix ftw.
You know... If I didn't know any better... I'd almost say they learned from their mistakes everyone says they made with releasing ArmA too early. Not that anyone's been bashing them on that...
Well, looks like they're trying to quell the mobs yelling fault left and right with ArmA II. Looks like I'll probably be getting it myself though. Most of the improvements over ArmA aren't easily noticeable on your screen, but appear to be "under the hood" so to speak. I personally still don't see why it's got the cold reception it does except for those few bitter folks who remember the first days of ArmA... And yea... I was there too.
