"Phases" are standalone addonpacks.
Phase1 is initial base pack (it is nearly to be done) of weapons, infantry, trucks, apcs.
Next Phases (2,3,4) will contains additional units and vehicles (para troopers, tanks, helicopters, aircrafts, artillery, next weapons, cars and apcs,...). In each Phase will be some SP and MP missions and in Phase2 or 3 will be one or two mini campaigns.
CSLA is back on "evil" side of Cold War era (Warshaw pact), so in missions and campaigns will CSLA fight against NATO forces or local guerillas.
P.S. Phase1 will be released for ARMA1. Next Phases (+ updated Phase1) will be primary released for ARMA2.

And, did you hit the MI-24??
We shot very close to it so I'm pretty sure we damaged it but we didn’t destroy it, during the war the Macedonians usually were flying very low and very fast firing flares to cause panic, as the Mi-24 proved useless against guerrilla and urban warfare. so it’s very hard to aim and keep it aimed at the helicopter whilst firing, since this vehicle is operated/aimed manually means that is now obsolete for using against aircraft unless you modify the guns to move hydraulic or electrically and keep them aimed via RADAR.
Also the Mi-24 is very well armored so I doubt we done too much damage, if it was a Mi-8/17 or any other normal helicopter then we would have got it with out a doubt. During all the Yugoslav wars the PRAGA has always been used as an anti personnel weapon to clear a forest or a hill from enemy forces and positions.

Especially love the PRAGA AAA, had the privilege of firing one at a Mi-24 & at military positions on hills during the war in Macedonia, it was an ex-Yugoslav one we captured from Serbs during the Kosova war.
Can’t wait for it to come out.
And, did you hit the MI-24??
