The P-8A Poseidon no longer has winglets and it has a refueling capability

Make a civvie version as well, with all the seats in place for a 200-man paratropper mission!

Jes - like the blackhawk.
It should be easier - the "Ospray" can fly faster and the refuel support plane can fly with greater stability on higher speed. That should make the refuel routines easier.

I will probably say something silly, but... can you put a refuel system on these planes ?
