It's made for the OA/CO, if you don't have the OA... it gives an error message about some flares but still flyable. Using it without the OA/CO also removes it's cannon's ammo and the AH-1Z cannon's ammo.
I'd forget to say that the cockpit's clocks are reversed and the HUD don't works.
