Macros can be used to automatically generate farms, houses with gardens, compounds, castles and every other thing you will need. 3) new forest generator tool, with support up to 256 mask colors, multiple different object placement on the same color with user customizable probabilty of placement (useful for bush, rocks, different tree types on the same area). 4) a complete manual (available on about-help menu) with scripting samples, complete program logic and usage explanations and a full help for scripting language.

ArmaFPSAnalyser is a tool that can show you the performance of your game based on some specially-instrumented mission files. In addition, the scripts are available to allow you to create your own benchmark missions. The screenshot below gives you an idea of the kind of information the tool provides - in this example performance across three different kinds of location (city, coast and forest) is being compared. (In this case you can see quite clearly that performance of the 1.05 patch is poorer in city locations than elsewhere.)

Herro community, I've been meaning to get these guys released for awhile. They are US Infantry from late 2004 through 2005 when the US Army was issuing ACU and going through it's "Modernization" period, which led to many mis-matched units running around. Plus, the mixed camo just looks cool. These guys were originally made by CameronMcDonald for ArmA1, under the same name. I've made some model and texture changes to them, and are releasing them for ArmA2 before I leave. Sadly, I will be gone through the release of Arrowhead (maybe it's a good thing really...).
Der talentierte Island maker IceBreakr veröffentlichte seine neue Jade Groove island 0.9 auf seiner Website. Sehr schöne post-apocalyptische Insel mit tollen Wüsten-Vegetationen wie Kaktusbäume. Eine grosse Stadt, mehrere kleine Ortschaften sowie ein Flughafen samt militärischer Basis runden die tolle Insel ab.
