Arremba San Zorzo from the Pedagne Mod has informed us about the release of PedagneMOD for ArmA2.
After exactely two years from the last release, PedagneMOD, today, is proud to release the new italian army pack for ARMA 2.
The pack contains over than 320 soldiers, 80 wheeled vehicles, 30 tracked vehicles and 35 air vehicles, of Italian Army, Navy, Air Force andCarabinieri, divided in 9 files: ASZ_PersoneIT.pbo (soldiers) ASZ_Beretta.pbo (beretta weapons) ASZ_ndd_weapons (other portable weapons) ASZ_Wheel.pbo (wheeled vehicles) ASZ_Tracked.pbo (tracked vehicles) ASZ_Air.pbo (air vehicles) ASZ_C130_AM.pbo (BIS C130 original simply retextured) ASZ_m270MLRS_EI.pbo (BIS MRLS simply retextured) ASZ_AAV7_EIMM.pbo (BIS AAV7 simply retextured)
Unfortunately, at date, this pack is still in Beta version, with the command actions menu only in Italian and, contrarily to I have announced, the version for Arma 1 is not ready yet.
About the quality, at date, is not at the same points for all models and textures...many are more accurate, others are only draft. This MOD is always in evolution and this is what we can do at date.
Legislator released an addon on the BI-Forums, that brings the CDF faction to the side of east and resistance.
This addon brings the CDF faction to the side of east and resistance. The equipment remains the same. Now it is possible to use the CDF for renegade troops or create other scenarios having West vs. CDF.

Aeneas2020 has posted 2 new Dutch Army/Marines V5.0 Early WIP screens on the BI-Forums.
Including new chest rig and tac vest as well as re worked textures, new pockets (still not 100%)...have lots more things to work on

VictorFarbau has released the update version b08 of his VF Ladder addon on the BI Forums. This addon adds options to the player's action menu to spawn ladders where he want.
When run, this addon adds options to the player's action menu to spawn ladders. These ladders can be used to climb onto rooftops and to enter any otherwise inaccessible part of the Arma II houses (e.g. balcony) or just to annoy your buddies. It is kind of a silly addon but it opened new perspectives on urban combat for me. There is just too many locked buildings around. Check out the Youtube link to get an idea about this addon.
Ladders can be: * Created (small and big type available) * Moved around until dropped by the player * Raised or lowered by 50cm at any time after being placed * Removed within 30 seconds after placing them * Flipped by 180 degrees to allow creation of decending paths

CSJ released an updated version of his AutoGyro and Mini Helicopter pack on the BI-Forums. Now with server key.
A lot of people have been inquiring re the gyro for A2. It is ready for use on face value, though I have not spent the time I would like on preparing it for A2. Maybe later. Find in editor civ\csj_air\ No float model yet - old float scripts do not work in A2 and I simply do not have time to pursue this atm.
