If the russian army does not use it, that is ok.
Russian army in ArmA 2 use PKM, as does CDF.
RPK is for the insurgents/guerillas.
(Well, a guess)

The PKM is the equivalent to the M240, where as the RPK-74 is the equivalent to the M249 (in a lot of NATO armies). They are not meant to do the same job, or the Russians wouldn't be using both.

The M249 is a squad level light machine gun (hence Squad Automatic Weapon, SAW) where as the M240 is platoon/company based medium machine gun, and can be attached to units if needed, similar to how snipers are used.

One might assume the Russians use a similar system.

But there is RPK-74 with drum magazine.
"Large capacity drum magazine for 5.45mm RPK-74 Kalashnikov light machine gun."

If the russian army does not use it, that is ok.

Bullshit #1 : "RPK-74
5.45mm Kalashnikov
4.58 kg
30, 40, 45, 60, 75 Drum, 90"

- RPK-74 used only 30- or 45-rounds mags

bullshit#2 : "The RPK-74 is a modernized variant of the AK-74 rifle"

- RPK-74 are a LMG based on AK-74, not a modernized AK-74 rifle

bullshit#3 : "And the pic looks like RPK-74"

- if never give RPK-74 with drum-mag, then this is not RPK-74 on pic. This see like RPK with RPKM-barrel and drum-mag

The drum magazine of the RPK-74 have never put into service. There existed a experimental version and maybe other countries had them but not the SU or Russia.

Minor Correction:-

Mk 48 Mod 0

The Mk 48 Mod 0 is in fact a modified *M249*machine gun, developed for USSOCOM special operation units. In comparison to the M249 this weapon features an improved rail mounting system and integral folding bipod. The Mk 48 is significantly lighter than the M240 while offering better firepower than the M249 SAW. The Mk 48 uses 7.62x51 mm ammunition.

Also it lacks the magazine feed option of the 5.56mm M249

"RPK-74

4.58 kg
30, 40, 45, 60, 75 Drum, 90"

And:

"The RPK-74 is a modernized variant of the AK-74 rifle, and the modifications implemented mirror those made to the AKM" ...straight from Wikipedia.

And the pic looks like RPK-74, so why "lol"?

lol, RPK-74 never used drum magazines. I see on picture old RPK with 75-round drum magazine with barrel from RPKM, not RPK-74. This weapon use 7,62x39mm cartridges, not 5,45. And RPK-74 is not a modernized variant of the AK-74, its based on AK-74. 8)
