Edit June 2 : Hlavac from the BI Forum Team has released a message on the BI Forums.
I have moved the forums to a new powerful dedicated server so that it does not interfere with our other webs and can be tuned independently.
Expect minor outages as I squeeze the last bits of performance out of it with minor tweaks over the next few days..

31 May 2009 : Placebo has informed us the BI Forums will be unavailable probably until Monday. Before the closing it was more and more difficult to join the forums, and the official web site was down many times forbidding ArmA2 beta patch download from ArmA2.com.
... Possibly Monday, need to separate the forums from ArmA2.com as the traffic on the forums was taking the website down with them.
