The MAP_Skills holds a bunch of things around specialized units.
Created out of the idea that the ArmA Medic is allways a ungrateful unit, a low amount of ammoslots and the self sevice healing of anyone need some healing.
This in associate with the wish of an more powerful teamplay, a sort of roleplay that would exclude 'Rambos' (A special aligned mission of cause is indispensable) forced a series of functions are maximize modifiable by the Mission Designer.

Features V1.00: # Full Singleplayer and Multiplayer (including Join In Progress) capability of all features
# Advance Transportation System (ATS) to transport things like Ammocrates in selected vehicles
# ATS also allow to handle static weapons (Assemble, Unassemble, Transport, Reammo)
# Rastavovich's steerable Parachute Concept integrated with a black Parachute Model incl. the Clanlogo
# routine to restrict vehicle access of vehicle seats in 3 modes (Gunner and Driver / Pilot)
# 11 predefined Skills integrated (3 of them aren't supported, but it can be done by the Mission Designer via Custom skills)
# 3 Custom skills can be defined (with some limitations to restrict cheating)
# most of the Skills and Functionalities are customizeable, even in the running mission
# if the Mission Builder wants to gain/remove units a special skill he can do that at nearly any time
# a light enhanced version of the MAP_Misc radio are integrated here (it seems to be a better place for it than the MAP_Misc)
# and a lot of other helpful new things would like new crates, canister, static mines ...
