  AI Forward Observer Module v1.3 by Blakeace Addon release    
Blakeace has informed us about updated Blake's AI Forward Observer v1.3 release on the BI Forums.

Version 1.3
- Added AI from the same group may attempt to move to a dead FO and retrieve his FO ability.
- Added code to prevent unlimited ammunition from the artillery.
- Improved the efficiency of the code slightly.
