Thanks all for your comments.
Concerning the transformation into robot, I tried to find a solution, but technically, the "gerwalk mode" is the best I can do. In addition, it requires no walking animations, because in this mode, the aircraft “slide” to the ground (like in the anime).
The robot mode would require moving from a aerial vehicle to a terrestrial vehicle (not counting a huge adding of animations and very complex scripts), to get something credible. By the way, if "BIS" had not realized the harrier with his Vtol mode, the mode Gerwalk would never have existed.
By cons, make a terrestrial vehicle, transformable into robot, with animations walk / run, is perfectly possible, even if it requires to push far enough the technical constraints of ArmA.
But the VF-1S V.2 is already a real puzzle for me :)

Looks great.
not normally my sort of thing but i watched the show when i was young.
hope the walking animation works.
being able to lay waste in the air and on the ground in one vehicle is going to be awesome :D
