Fer informed us about the release of an updated - v2-2-4 - version of F2.
F2 is the successor to the popular BAS f mission development framework for ArmA (discussed in this BI Forums thread). The new framework contains many of the features you know from BAS f, updated to work with ArmA 2, plus some new components which take advantage of the new game's special features.

Updated F2A2 ShackTactical Group IDs for ACE2 (added support for Echo squad).
Updated F2A2 ShackTactical Group Markers for ACE2 (added support for Echo squad).
Fix for minor interface bug in spectator script and v1.05.
Updated manual: Various changes (EN and RU versions).

inFamous. informed us about the release by Massi and Caprera of a GRU Spetznaz pack v1.00 on the BI Forums.
This Addon is a retexture of Russian spetsnaz units, and is meant to represent GRU spetsnaz units, one of the most secret, reliable and capable special operation unit in the world!
The units come sorted by the different camouflage of the uniforms they're wearing:
- GRU Spetsnaz(Gorka E): wearing Gorka E uniform.
- GRU Spetsnaz(Gorka D): wearing Gorka D uniform.
- GRU Spetsnaz(Izlom): wearing Izlom uniform.
- GRU Spetsnaz(Berezka): wearing Berezka uniform.
- GRU Spetsnaz(Klmk): wearing Klmk uniform.
Me and Caprera worked a lot on those units trying to archieve the best combination between realism and gameplay, please keep in consideration this is just a reskin, so the models can't be 100% accurate, and is very hard to find infos and references on those units too...if you have any references or confirmed infos about GRU and Russian spec ops units, please contact us on the release treads... we will update and continue working on those units trying to reach the best standards we can .
