this is excellent, for people with azerty keyboard, you need to change every number, I already did it, and added some commands to a profile which you can download here

After several hours continually adding and trialing my additions with PilfIus, I can honestly say this makes ArmA soo much more fun. Well done! It was so easy to set up and switch between Arma and the PilfIus interface to add commands and then back and test them.
